Ohh my goodness. I have a heck of a time keeping myself warm due to taking blood thinners. I love this hooded poncho. I would recommend it to anyone who has a problem keeping warm. It’s not only warm but ohh so soft, I just get all comfy and warm wearing this. I am planning on getting another one to keep in my bedroom so when I’m reading I can put this on over my shoulders. Yes I certainly do recommend this.

I want to start off by saying that I love this poncho blanket! I feel that it will fit my needs around the house and keep me warm. A lot of wearable blankets that I've seen look to be poor quality, not warm enough or not cute. I saw this poncho, and even though it has no sleeves (which I was concerned about), I decided to try it out anyway since it was so different from other options I've seen.As someone who is perpetually cold even in "perfect" weather, I'm always on the look out for options to stay warm. My husband is the opposite of me, and always wants the AC on at home, leaving me to bundle up. However I hate having to always wear long sleeved clothing or long pants all winter even indoors, so I've been looking for a wearable blanket for a while now. It's not cold out yet, so for now this works when I'm feeling just a bit chilly. We will have to see if it stands up to the winter temperatures, but I feel pretty good about it.The length is long enough for when I'm sitting down that I can wrap the sides up over and on top of my lap. My legs are still exposed though so that is a downside for winter time. Same thing with the lack of sleeves. I think this will probably be a downside during the winter.That being said, the lack of sleeves makes it nice to wear in temperatures that are chilly but not too cold since I can keep my legs and arms cooler and then warm my body up. I have trouble keeping the right temperature and often have to keep putting on and removing my jackets to feel okay which is annoying. So far this poncho strikes a nice balance during those times.I've found that you can also take your arms into the poncho if it gets too cold, and that it sorta covers you like a normal blanket.It's very easy to take on and off. I usually leave the button on and just pull it on over my head and vice versa.Very soft, but the material on the top doesn't feel like what I imagined. I thought it would be both soft and "smooth" when you run your hand over it like fleece blankets, but while it is very soft, its not so "smooth". It feels fine, don't get me wrong, it's just that I expected it to feel differently. Just like another reviewer mentioned, wash this before you use it and it does feel a bit better. It will also smell better too as out of the package it has a dusty smell.The other minor issue was trying to find the button as it gets lost in the plush. I almost thought I didn't even have one until I managed to find it. It's a tiny bit tough to get it into the hole, but not too bad.Overall great purchase and I'd buy it again, but the true test for me will come during the winter.

I love this poncho. It is so warm and comfy. I can sit around and watch tv snuggled up and staying warm. It is of great quality. If you get cold watching tv, grab this poncho. You will definitely stay warm.

I just opened it about 10 minutes ago, and its amazing. I'm wearing it right now as I write this. Super soft (the hood is amazing), and surprisingly warm. You can wear it a number of ways, and I like them all. I recommend buying this if you want the perfect cozy cape.

My mom loves this!! She sits at a table most days and this is perfect for her. She can add a blanket to bottom half if she needs it and she said it covers her bed head with the hood. She wore it the whole week of Xmas when she got it.

Too big for most women. Not as pretty as the photo. It’s a gift for my relative but not gonna work. The armholes are so low just not right.
