Thought it would be just a little bigger and have more gel inside other wise ok for first Aid

Fits in freezer well, only takes 2 hours to go cold, used after knee replacement and did help with the swelling

Easy to use versatile gel ice pack. I used it to ease a knee sprain. Handy for other uses in the future.

Purchased for elderly mother, had swollen ankles ( helped alot).

I grind my teeth whilst sleeping and as a result i wake up with headaches, even though the gel pack has been out of the refrigerator for awhile, I can still feel it’s coolness when using it. It definitely helps.

Have only used these a couple of times so far as cold packs.,and that’s by keeping them in fridge not freezing them. For me it helped . I used my thick dressing gown as barrier and the belt to help keep it in place

Di questa marca ho sia questo modello sia quello più grande con l'elastico: questo ha una dimensione ideale, io lo uso per il freddo. Ottima qualità, molto resistente e confortevole; ce ne sono forse di più economici ma in questo caso direi che senz'altro vale la pena comprare questo per l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Auf der Suche nach nicht ganz so großen Kalt-Warmkompressen bin ich auf dieses auf den ersten Blick eher ungewönliche und vergleichsweise teure Modell hier gestoßen. Dabei konnte ich recht schnell feststellen, dass der Preis absolut gerechtfertigt ist - die Qualität ist wirklich enorm. Allein die Haptik des verwendeten Stoffes lässt einen das Kissen gern an die Haut kommen, und die Wärmespeicherfähigkeit (nutze es nur zur Warmanwendung) ist optimal. Natürlich muss sich das Produkt noch in einem Langzeittest bewähren, doch ich muss sagen dass es sehr gut aussieht. Vor allem natürlich dank des starken Materials, das im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen reinen Plastik-Produkten die Nase vorn haben sollte.

Je n'utilise ces compresses que froides - sorties du congélateur -, donc je ne pourrai pas en parler pour une utilisation chaude.Quoiqu'il en soit, leur utilisation est des plus faciles !Il suffit de placer les compresses au congélateur, d'attendre environ 1 heure minimum pour que le gel à l'intérieur du produit prenne bien le froid (après l'avoir bien réparti à l'intérieur de la poche)... et c'est tout !La compresse ne doit pas être posée directement sur la peau, mais au travers d'une serviette fine ou d'un T-shirt, c'est parfait - ce qui a aussi l'avantage de ne pas la salir et que dès que vous en avez fini, vous la replacez dans le congélateur pour la prochaine fois.Donc très facile d'utilisation, très efficace (ne pas porter la compresse plus de 10 minutes à chaque 'séance'); très recommandée !
