They were fine for that purpose
I got these as part of a Halloween costume for my son. They were fine for that purpose, but they're not really high quality so I'd be reluctant to order them with the intent of having them be part of his normal wardrobe.

Run very small
Sweatpants were very small, didn't match sizing, had to return pants.

Size 5 are tight right now for my grandson, so ordering this size I knew might be a little large, but he definitely can wear them and we are happy with this item.

Too small
I have a bit taller 6yr. old boy and the sweats are just to short on him. Also notice, that they are not as thick as the ones we have from the same company. I like the cuffed bottom thought. The material is 50% cotton and 50% polyester. Might order a bigger size.
