These trousers seemed well made and good quality material. However the 34 was far too small for my husband, which is his normal size. I have had to return them, which also turned out to be complicated. The website address given to book the return was incorrect as using that page I was going to be charged £3.50 carraige costs. I had to contact the seller to get the right one. There was also no form on the reverse of the invoice, that I was asked to complete, giving details as to whether I wanted an exchange or refund., so I wrote a note on the back instead.

36" waist, very tight and uncomfortablle.Measured waist after trying on they were 35"Chums do not make it easy to return when bought through Amazonyou have to find a carrier and pay return fee.Being house bound ended up giving them to charity.Bought another pair from Amazon, 36" fit perfect and much cheaper.Plus Amazons normal return policy.

The trousers were 38W and 33L, should have been 40W and 29L. I didn't see the inspection note explaining that they were the wrong size until I had opened the parcel and without the ability to return them, decided to cut 4 inches off the legs and use them as housework trousers, having said that, the fabric is first class and the stitching is strong they are light and breathable and they have found a good use, my only regret is that I can't wear them out of the house as my cutting was not straight. Recommended for anyone with a trim waist and long legs. ( lol.)

Fit was perfect but the material was very light weight and not what I expected from Farah. Previous Farah purchases have all been brilliant medium weight quality. These came screwed up and had to be washed and ironed to get them in some sort of acceptable condition. Will not buy these trousers again, very disappointed, obvious they have lowered the quality of their materials. Needed them for the next day otherwise I would have returned them ! Will use M&S for next purchase.

These are great quality trousers and a great colour navy blue however, I ordered 32”w 33”l & they are too tight & too long. I would have to order a 33”w 31”l for these to fit and that size is not available so I will have to make adjustments with the ones I have ordered. This is the only issue with clothes online, the fit & various sizes various companies use. Why isn’t there a perfect universal tool so more customers can feel more assured when ordering clothes? That would be great. Overall if you are lucky & these fit you perfect they really are worth the the money.

I previously bought the Farah Flex trouser in exactly the same size and these just fit that little bit more snuggly on the waist, although not enough for me to have to return them. The leg size is perfect.I bought these Farah Classic's in black because the Flex trouser was not available in my size in black.The Classic is slightly cheaper than the Farah Flex and I would suggest that the Flex trousers have the edge on them.

When we took them out of their package we were very pleased and also they were a great fit but when you put your hand inside the pocket area's they were quite small ,for instance when my husband put his wallet in the back pocket it only just went in with a struggle and it is a small wallet and not the normal size one. The same as the side pockets as you could only put a handkerchef in them as when we put a bite of small change in it fell out. Those were the only problem with them other wise great fit .
