This item is exactly what I wanted and is durable. I needed a floor mat for a wider base chair that wasn’t ridiculously priced. Took off a star Because it came with cardboard and not really a box? It was between cardboard that looked like it was sent through a shredder then thrown into the ocean and I feel bad for my ups driver as he had to put my mat on the porch next to the crumpled up cardboard.

The perks to this mat is that it's cheaper than others we have bought like it. The downside is that they ship it tightly rolled and it took two people just to get it unrolled and set on the ground. We had to use several reams of paper to flatten it over the weekend. It left light bumps on the mat but it doesn't hinder the rolling of the chair that much - it's just not entirely what it should/could have been. I would give this a 5 star rating if they sent it in a flat box!

I purchased this chair matt under the impression that it was a hard matt, meaning it would not indent when I’m sitting on the chair. Much to my dismay, this matt does indent and it not as easy to glide on it as the seller or manufacturer claims. If I was able to purchase a hard matt that is not glass, I would have returned it in a second. I’m very disappointed with this matt.

I like the thickness of this mat. My chair slides over it without sinking down. I love it!
