Really very good.Recommend it.
I am not the best at sewing,so gave this tape a try.I used them on a pr.of pyjamas, that were too long on sleeves, trousers.Wasn't that great at first, but used them on my trousers.Took my time, and very happy with them.I find, after you place tape on with iron.Leave the tape till it's all done.Removing tape came off easier, and you don't get the adhesive on iron.It comes of iron easy though.I will keep using it,as the better you get.Washed the pyjamas. No problem.Excellent tape.Thankyou so much.

Hemmed
I’ve used on jeans that needed shortening in the leg , it did the job and was easy enough to use . The only concern is whether this hemming tape will hold under a wash in the machine, I have not washed the jeans yet so do not know. I have used other hemming tapes that have failed and come apart after washing, time will tell .

Iron on hemming tape
This is ok, but when it came in just a roll of tape, it took me a while to actually remember what I ordered. There was nothing else to even suggest what it was (clearly a packaging issue). This made it a little difficult to use, as there's no indication of heat or ideal temperature to use when ironing it on to hem clothing. Not great.

Came apart after one wash
I have to say i’m getting fed up with being conned, worked until it went in the washing machine on a 30 degree wash.

Adheres very well
The tape is quite wide, which is good for larger jobs. However, it cuts very easily so it can be trimmed down to required size. It helped me hem some trousers and adhered very well. I recommend.

Seems much better than webbing type but for most tasks it's not worth up to 10 times the price.
Have used the webbing type for years, mainly to patch old jeans. Even using the heavier duty webbing or a double the thickness, it usually starts failing after the first wash though the edges are generally easily re-doable. Reckoned this alternative might be worth a try.I thought that the side with the peel-off paper might be adhesive to some extent to enable it to stay in place prior to fixing with the iron, but it is not. I think the paper is just to make it easier to handle and to cut. For tricky jobs you can temporarily keep the paper attached and briefly run along it with edge of the iron to hold the glue part in place then carefully remove the paper. Doubt if that's officially recommended, but it works. It's like hot-glue-gun glue but in thin strips and being bulkier can, depending on the task, be different to use but is overall neither easier nor more difficult.Re-attached 3 patches to my old gardening/DIY jeans and after wearing multiple times and 2 machine washes (the second mainly for testing purposes) there's no hint of any coming away of the edges.I think this is superior to the webbing type but at £12 for 3cm x 5m or £9 for 2cm x 5m it is up to 10 times more expensive per 2cm wide metre than the current cheapest I could find. IF it lasts 10 times longer for heavy duty tasks than the webbing type then it's worth it but for light duties where the webbing type works perfectly and lasts forever* then it would be a waste of money. (*A pair of floor-length curtains hemmed with webbing are still fine after over 20 years!)Would cautiously recommend for heavier duty use but get the cheap webbing type for lighter tasks.

Difficult to understand instructions
Used this to hem curtains. (cotton curtains, not heavy) Some of the tape stuck but lots did not. Maybe I did it wrong? I found the instructions difficult to understand.
