Review your expectations -
Motorcycle helmet for scale.Do your research. This unit is great - but only because I researched and I expected the 2 hour dry time that a low voltage unit provides. It's not very big - I have an apartment sized (small) washing machine that I love. it spin drys the majority of the water out of the laundry and this completes the process. I have noticed that towels take one and a half or two two hour cycles (I have big towels). which is fine. Honestly, it's perfect. no complaints.

Didn’t even last a year!
Was working great then a month before having it a year, it stop working all together. Waist of money, keep looking for something else!

Don't do business with this company
Got this unit wothout any evidence that the unit was damaged in shipping. As soon as I used it thec unit had a horrendous sound as the tumbler was spinning. Obviously the bearing or the tumbler wad out of alignment.Tried to get it back to the company but they never seemed to arrange a way to return it postage free.Tried calling them but the phone number didn't work.After many attempts by Amazon to try to straighten this out they finally gave me a full refund. I so appreciate Amazon's stellar customer service. The rep was fantastic in finding a solution. .Amazon customer is the best out there!!!

Love this dryer . Portable not real heavy. And dry sensor is awesome. Don't need dryer outlet . Good dryer and good price
