Didn't work
Didn't work for my motherboard (MSI B250M Mortar Arctic); didn't even boot. Bought another Patriot 8GB 3200 DDR4 DIMM and it did work and there was no error using memtest86+ and 64, so it's either the adapter broken or incompatible. Tried fixing the memory to 2133 by bios setting, but no avail.From the other reviews it does seem to work on number of systems (assuming they're legit), but honestly the use for this adapter is quite niche as it is. It's probably better off for you to buy an actual cheap DDR4 Desktop DIMM than to gamble on this.

Both units were loose in slot, would not post. Do not recommend
Dimm was very loose in slot, had wiggle room and managed to trip short circuit protection, Both dimms I ordered did the same loose thing. As a builder with low funds the amount of money I paid for two adapters was not worth the hassle, I could have easily bought an 8gb stick instead of using 2 8gb sodimms in a dimm adapter especially one with such poor quality. Do not recommend! If you need memory that bad please look for proper full sized dimms! Do not buy this junk!

These will work, Just adjust the ram setting in your BIOS to not exceed the maximum hz for these which I believe is 2133hz. They work well, and can be picky with computers sometimes.
