Not for last minute party throwers.
It is pretty much how it's on the picture but you have to assemble it yourself.For the price having to put everything yourself together while you're trying to handle everything else for a party preparation just doesn't make sense. It just should come "prepared" and not as some papers and a thread. Not good for the value I would say.
