Falling apart after 4 months
The bag is falling apart after 4 months. I'll never buy another one.Update:I was able to contact Dickies and they replaced the backpack with a different version. Thank you standing behind your products.

Not durable, not worth it
I ordered this bag to carry a thermos of water and a thermos of tea to work as well as a few other small items. It was never stuffed full and never thrown around yet it ripped between the main pouch and the smaller pencil pouch in the front. The main compartment zipper would frequently get caught on the inside material and jam, this caused a couple of the zipper teeth to break off. This was all in the first 6 weeks. It's not durable at all, and a complete waste of money.

The worst
The media could not be loaded. These bags are horrible , I returned the first bag because the zipper broke the day it arrived. They sent another one and now this one broke. Do not waste your money or time

Smaller than he thought it was going to be
Still love it but not as large as he thought so can’t use it for school like he hopes but my son uses it for basketball.

Poor stitching - less than 3 month lifespan
Front pocket ripped open after 3 months. Carried it to work for about a month in that time period. The return window closed 30 days from purchase. Dickies website only does returns on new, unused products. Sounds to me like they have some poor quality products that they don’t back. Lesson learned.

Kids backpack
My 8 year old really likes it. The padding on the straps makes it very comfortable

Top pouch broke
Unfortunately the top zippered pouch broke open and all the contents ended up in the main backpack compartment. Did not overload it just had some travel lotion and pens.. unfortunately will have to take it to a tailor to have them fix it. Good price but I guess good price at a cost..
