Lovely story!
It was wonderful to see Graham and Dami fall in love with each other. Such big adjustments they needed to do in their thinking, but really worth it. I truly believe in their HEA!

3.5-4 Stars
I laughed a lot in this book. I was also annoyed a few times, too. Graham’s insistence that being thirty makes him an “old” man who can’t learn new things is irritating even as it gets him into hilarious situations. Graham is prickly and has a tendency to be grumpy and short tempered. He’s also one of those guys who feels the need to protect people and often does so by withholding information. But underneath it all, he’s tender and supportive and devoted. Dami is sweet and funny and optimistic. He’s the type who always sees the bright side of a situation. Except he does feel frustrated by how his parents constantly infantilize him. To the point where he doesn’t recognize his own talents and strengths. I love how supportive Graham is of Dami—of his talent and his independence. This is a funny, steamy, grumpy/sunshine, mm romance. Definitely an enjoyable read.

Brandt's for the win!
This is a fantastic book to follow You Again! These two made me laugh so much with little quips and remarks.Graham is a super grump and only "straight" Brandt, isn't he? At least he thought he was especially after being married to his ex-wife not once but twice and she is the only person he has ever been with. All of that thought gets slightly twisted into thinking he may really be bi-sexual after meeting young Damiano Andropolis the summer before. Now his sister is getting married and put him in charge of the food which brings him face to face with Dami again. Oh, not to mention Aiden has now hired Dami to work with only Graham on a project, great!Damiano or Dami, has a crush on Graham even though he is a grump and refuses to believe he really is attracted to the younger man. Dami sets out to get closer to the "hottest" Brandt brother and if being an employee helps him get there, all the better! While these two get to know each other better while working and other things, there are many LOL moments along with each working out their own thoughts and desires. There is also the expected heat you get from a Diana Roman book.Grab this book and I promise you will enjoy it.I received an ARC copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving an honest review.

Gay awakening, curmudgeon finds his sunshine
Second in a series of standalone M/M romances. Small town Olympus seems to be becoming the little town of gay enlightenment. Coming out can be most difficult.Graham Brandt is a 30yo highly praised brick mason, introvert and straight. He is divorced from his wife Jen but hoping to be reunited until she has a “talk” with him. Afterward, he looks at himself and a certain young obnoxious new employee differently. Damiano Andropolis is a 23yo apprentice brick mason with Brandt & Sons, extroverted and very gay. He also has the hots for his boss, Graham who insists on being his nemesis. The reason why, Dami cannot fathom. Poor Dami has always been overprotected by his mother and been made to feel inadequate by everybody else. Graham seems to have the same opinion until something opens his eyes. Graham has felt inadequate and insecure since his failed marriage. Will they find their happiness is with each other?I loved this second in the series and recommend it to readers who enjoy lots of humor, terrific banter and bickering as well as passion. There will be innuendo and explicit steam. I volunteered to review an ARC of this book.

great series
This is the continuation of Dianna Roman's Men of Olympus series. To protect his older sibling and his twin sister, Graham Brandt has spent his entire life conforming to an idealized mental blueprint of what he believes his family and friends expect of him. And now he is bitter, angry, confused, and all by himself as a result.Damiano Andropolis has recently completed his undergraduate studies and has no plans for his future. Aside from the fact that he was able to prove his autonomy from his parents and establish his own identity, nothing else about this situation was particularly significant. And with only a shaky confidence that he can achieve his goal.An unlikely friendship forms between these two males. Dami does his best to comfort Graham, but Graham can't help but be attracted to Dami's sunny disposition and candor. Graham's long-standing denial of his sexuality has been called into question by his physical attraction to Dami.I enjoy a humorous romantic comedy but also require stories with a significant amount of emotional depth and intensity, and Dianna Roman strikes the perfect balance between the two genres. Absolutely wonderful story. I received an ARC from the author , and this is my honest review.

Graham & Dami
The Grant and Andropolis families are just fantastic. Graham has a later in life gay awakening or more of a push maybe and Dami just wants to spread his wings as an independent man. Dami is definitely more put together than his cousin Johnny, it is Graham in this book that need to figure himself out and be brave after so many years of being the strong, stoic type. Can’t wait for more from this series.

Wonderful
Grumpy Graham wants absolutely nothing to do with Dami. His irreverent humor eventually wears Graham down.Dami is absolutely perfect for Graham and when the sexy tutoring ensues, it's game over.I was all over the place with this couple and couldn't decide between laughing out loud, tearing up at moments or smiling so much my cheeks hurt.

Exactly what I needed to brighten up my day
This author wrote The Shoutout which is a 5-star read for me. What I didn't know, until yesterday, was that she released two other books since then. This story is LOL beautiful, heartfelt, simply amazing. The main trope is grumpy/sunshine and Ms Roman writes it wonderfully. I love the snark, the banter, the blue-collar vibe, the family dynamics...just everything. Read the author's notes at the back of the book to get some context and insight. It's best to read it at the end of the story,.Now, I'll circle back and read book one of the series and I'm looking forward to reading other books to come.

Ok
Rounded up feom 2.5 stars. For some reason this book took me forever to get thru. It was back and forth, on again off again, way too much. It got a little bit redundant.

Dami and Graham just need to sort themselves out......
This book was a little more difficult to get into than ‘You Again’. There wasn’t the humour that the first book had, and a quarter of the way through, I realised/accepted that both these guys are seriously messed up, in capital letters.Even though neither of them are out to their families, they do manage to connect, but of course it’s difficult to maintain a relationship when trying to hide it from everyone. There are misunderstandings and awkward moments until eventually, it’s all too hard. Will they manage to sort out the issues they have with their families that have been holding them back, will they come out to their families, will the strong feelings they have for one another be enough for them to re-connect and will it all end in a lot of humour, lots of happy moments, plaster falling on top of them, and rainbows and glitter and kisses? Keep reading to find out.I found this to be a very satisfying read and once these guys get their acts together, it was a wonderful thing to see them free of the baggage that they’d been dragging around and free to love each other wholeheartedly.4 stars.

Couldn't do it
I don't know if it was me or the story but I limped along and struggled to get through it. As compassionate as i tried to be, Graham annoyed the hell out of me. Back and forth so often I got whiplash. It was the same thing over and over again - each page a repetition of the page before. Nothing like book 1. A tedious, not fun read

Another great read
Powered through this in a matter of hours. I love Dianna Roman’s realistic writing - that relationships aren’t perfect and without the awkward moments. But most of all I really loved Graham and his coming out journey. What a lovely story!
