Is the new Qsee APP compatible with previous Q-see cameras?

Unfortunately, the answer is no. You cannot access your old Q-see cameras on the new APP due to differences in servers and technological protocols. Please continue to use the relevant old Q-see app.

Is the new Qsee products compatible with previous old Q-see models?

Due to ONVlF protocol issues, we currently know of old Q-see models that DO NOT match our new Qsee products.

No video output on the monitor/TV ?

Please try the following solutions: 1. TV/Monitor resolution should be match with NVR, at least 1080p or above; 2. Make sure your NVR is powered on; 3. Double check the HDMl/GA Connection, or swap another cable or monitor to test.

Failed to access the NVR locally?

Make sure to connect the NVR (LAN port) to the router with a network cable; Swap another Ethernet cable or plug the NVR to other ports on the router; Go to Mainmenu > System > Restore > click Select all and ok button and restart by manual.
