Not a great stuff
Not so easy to lift and move around.

Practice with small loads before shifting heavy furniture.
Caution. The rollers on the lifting handle roll backwards and the load slips off. Tiled surfaces are more slippery. Product seems to have been designed for use on carpeted floors. Put a mat under the rollers to avoid slippages. Take care and do not place hands under lifted furniture even momentarily.

It’s a useless product which is unable to serve his purpose! It’s just a toy which seems to me like I got scammed and sad to buy and paying for so thing which is non refundable! I would appreciate if Amazon take this product back and pay me

This item is not useful to lift the furniture . I want to return the item for refund and not for replacement. That is why I not at all open the package.pl refund or enable me to any other item.
