... but if Amazon delivers it in a normal cardboard box without any protection, the transport can damage it. In fact I just received 2 of them, the first blew in 10 seconds (and it is installed in a studio microphone microphone, not in amplifier, so not stressed at all). The second seems working fine as expected.

Bought to replace a tube that had started to fail in a guitar tube combo as it had become noisy and occasionally had volume drops. Swapped it with one of the other tubes in the amp which confirmed it was only this tube that had issues. Unfortunately this JJ tube was even noisier so had to return it for a refund. Not sure if it was damaged but will now try a different brand instead.

This double triode valve has a good specification, which it meets. Price is as good as we get trade for small quantities, convenient when we need one in a hurry, as on this occasion.

I bought this to soften the output from a 12AX7 and try and make my Fender Hit Rod Deluxe a little easier to play at home, it definitely helped. Great quality and well wrapped;

works well, not sure its what i was after , i was hoping it would give a warmer sound to my Fender HRD just seems to have lost a bit of punch though. The problems probably me though. worth a try for the money. it did arrive unbelievably quickly though
