Tough on tummies
I’ve only been taking this supplement for a week but am already noticing some GI discomfort. A quick Google search indicates this can be a side effect if the Spirulina is contaminated. I take Vital Proteins collagen and am usually very happy with their products. I may cut back to two capsules per day to see if that helps. The capsules also have a pretty strong odor but I know that comes with the territory.

Easy to swallow healthy
I have used Spirulina for some time, I drink it daily, and cannot believe how good I feel. I purchased the tablets for a quick easy to take if I'm out all day or in the office, at home I drink a cup (I put in a rounded just above level tablespoon per day, add bottled water usually distilled, and stir well, it might not taste all sweet but that's just it, its Healthy oh yes i t is. Great stuff, not just a sound byte but truly healthy with vitamins, minerals, and does even more. Definitely recommend.

No effect
On the one hand, there doesn't seem to be anything particularly wrong with this product, but on the other hand, it did nothing for me. I guess I didn't need it? Not sure how to rate that, so 3 stars I guess.

Best quality, bioavailable Spirulina
This was recommended to help suppress Epstein Barr virus. It worked!!! I'd been down for months and recovery was dragging. Two weeks after using the Spirulina energy returned and I actually gelt better than I had in years!!! Will never be without it! Also take D3K2 by Raw Revelations to keep immune system strong.

Nails improved 100%
I bought this products mainly for the benefits of more energy. It does help with my energy levels. But what I didn't expect is the amazing way it has benefited my nails. My nails went from peeling and weak, to long and strong! It's really nothing short of amazing. And, as with all of Vital Proteins supplements, the purity can't be beat.

Spirulina Powder Pills has an unpleasant taste
I took them for about a week and not only did I find the taste unpleasant but I didn't notice any benefits from it.
