Breaks apart the first day
Got this for my kitty who loves hiding and climbing. He couldn't wait to get in it, which made assembly difficult, 😂. There are no instructions and they make you watch a YouTube video which goes way too fast. After it was fully assembled, my cat took a nap on the lower level of it. He was sitting next to me when the upper level collapsed in on itself... It can't even stay together on it's own! Definitely not worth the $60 price tag.My cat later jumped on the upper scratch pad and that collapsed under his weight, freaking him out, and that was the final nail in the coffin! Will never buy from this company again.

Tragically bad and overpriced :(
I'm very sad to write this review, because when I saw this product, I thought it was simply perfect! My cats love cardboard houses, they love two-story ones, and I love getting them houses modeled after things I love (aka a coffee shop).I was first really surprised by the high price, since all my other cat-cardboard-businesses cost $12-20, but I figured, this one must be VERY high quality. I order it and....yikes, could not be further from the truth. Sure it does visually look very cute and the design is nice to look at, but unfortunately it also needs to be functional in order to be a good product. The connectors in this are simple short cardboard flaps that barely stay connected (usually these houses provide tape or stickers to help things stay in place). The most egregious design mistake though is that the entire second-floor is held up not by full-length cardboard support beams like normal, no, but rather by two double-sided pieces of tape. They are putting an insane amount of faith in that tape to hold the weight of MULTIPLE cats that may be jumping onto this thing.Needless to say, it fell to pieces within the week, where as my $12-20 cat-businesses (diner and donut shop) are still going strong after MONTHS of cat-use. It is honestly a bit insulting how much they charged for such a low quality product, but please save yourself the money and get a nice cheap cardboard house. Yes this one is ADORABLE and their other designs are adorable, but they need to adjust their pricing for the quality. The cats won't care which house is the most expensive, they'll just care about which one they get to play with the longest.

Cute but fragile
This is cute but fragile. I'd only recommend it if you know some crafting so you can repair the problems.Pros:Super cute. The cats peeking their heads out of a coffee shop is adorable. They have a "rewards" website and warranty. If your cats chew a lot, and destroy half the panels, they will send you one free replacement.Easy to setup. They have a construction video that isn't perfect but it works.Cons:It's literally taped together in spots. Like the "second-floor" scratcher just has tape on the sides with no mechanical bracing. It collapsed instantly. If you reinforce this with anything at all, like some staples or wire to hold the weight of your cat, it would work fine. But suspending a whole cat's weight on some tape is a silly oversight. It might technically hold if you're very careful to get all dust off the sides, but it's cardboard, it's basically made of dust. Tape never sticks properly.Overall:Super cute. But unless you have tiny light-weight cats, they're going to collapse parts of it. Budget a few extra minutes to brace the construction. A few staples, or some bracing, would go a long way. Like grab some spare cardboard, and cut a couple lengths to go across under the second-floor scratcher and reinforce it. Otherwise the design is super cute. The price and warranty are right.

Cute and Worthless
Not even sure where to start. Does not include instructions for assembly-- it does give you a QR code to a very crappy walkthrough which is when I first realized that my box did not have as many sticky panels to hold itself together as the one in the tutorial. I included a picture of where I had to use scotch tape to help hold a portion together that the tutorial box had sticky strips inlcuded on. The box lasted less than 48 hours before the top portion broke to where I cannot fix it. You can see that the "sturdy" cardboard is ripped and can no longer hold up the second scratcher (it had fallen at least 3 times already anyways) My cats are 8 and 12lbs, well below what the seller says is the max. Overall, there are several lies and misleading pictures in the information of this product and I absolutely do not recommend it unless you enjoy disappointing yourself. Will never buy from this company again.

Cute but design could be better
The concept is very cute and the cats like it. However, the second story is a fixed to the base using only sticker tape. It would be helpful if there were more of those plastic bolts used to assemble the base, to secure the second story as well. When the cats stand on the roof it collapses down and then you have to peel the tape off and it tears the cardboard. The top roof is also not designed quite as well, I would suggest you use a ruler, and create a crease before bending the tabs while assembling. Otherwise they kind of crinkle and the roof isn’t completely flat. Overall, the cardboard is very sturdy and it is a cute cat toy. Some design improvements would help it last longer.

Cheep
It fell apart fast than a $20 one that I assembled at the same time.

Very flimsy
It is very flimsy and the top scratch pad supports fall off easily since it’s only support is a sticky pad.
