Zoroastrianism: An Overview of One of the Oldest Monotheistic Religions in the World

I was looking to learn more about Zoroastrianism and this book didn’t disappoint! It has everything that you would want to know about this ancient religion without being boring or too long of a read. Highly recommended!

Honestly surprised this is even being sold for as much as it is. Thought it was going to be an in-depth guide. They cover a lot of broad topics like Fravashi, dualism, and history relating to Zoroastrianism but they only cover every topic in one or two brief paragraphs with half the page covered in photos and then move on to the next topic. I would say this is more of a children's book than anything else, could have just been a pdf honestly. Go read a wikipedia article and you'll get more info than this book provides.

Highly recommend this intro to Zoroastrianism. It is well researched and an easy read. The photos and illustrations are beautiful too

I read this in one day. A quick read but a great explanation of this unique religion. Very good illustrations as well.

Can't fault them for trying. It's very big with lots of pictures, basic rudimentary info. Nothing in depth. But at least it's that.
