Do not buy this book if you're in the UK.All this is, is an American book with the temperatures changed. It's list of ingredients aren't UK generated, not are the recipes really.It's a Poor quality paperback too, with pictures in black and white, which don't give up a good idea of what the good looks like.My advice? Go for your usual recipes, or ones from any recipe book, and follow a conversation chart for temps and times. Don't be afraid to try things in your air fryer. Treat it as it is, 2 mini ovens!

No simple recipes for the beginner. Worded for the American market!

I’ve found it very easy and quick to prepare food. Saves a huge amount of time and energy.

I was hoping the book would have basic cooking techniques and recipes for the air fryer. It didn’t. I did not recognise any of the recipes. I wanted to know how to cook eggs, how to make good chips and to cook roasted vegetables or frozen vegetarian food. The recipes were not that simple and seemed to have an American bias. They did not reflect common English cooking and none of them appealed to me

The quality of the product was not good the pages was really thin paper like they would ripe easy

I didn't expect a cook book to be black and white in 2023. It looks like something from 1923.I didn't find any note about the lack of colour photos. And the picture on the cover is presented in colour.I don't recommend this.
