I absolutely love kiala , in fact I’m drinking it right now !! Kiala has really changed the game for me when it comes to getting through my busy days working two jobs and always on my feet. My digestion is the best it’s ever been as well as my energy. I now do not have to fight fatigue throughout the middle of my days. I have energy all day! And one of the best parts, it tastes good so it’s easy to drink. It helps me drink a whole glass of water when I first wake up in the morning, kiala has just become my morning routine. I absolutely love it, this is not a paid review I just genuinely really love the product. I don’t even mind the price that’s how well it’s worked for me!!

The flavor is phenomenal, I like that it’s smooth and not gritty. Also, I don’t feel bloated which is awesome.

Great tasting, gets rid of bloating, supports healthy digestion, great for immunity support, gives you natural energy, made with healthy nutrients that your body needs. My favorite is the bloating is gone and that’s something I struggled with always being bloated and now every day I wake up, my stomach is flat and it’s because I drink my greens every day.

At first it was cool took it the way it was recommended. Took a break then started back up again I kid you not DO NOT BUY! After drinking it within a hour I have been throwing up tremendously and major diarrhea so bad I thought I had food poisoning or pregnant! I am neither! I experienced hot and cold sweats cramping in the body! Do NOT BUY! I thought oh it can’t be the drink I didn’t have this affect the first time maybe it’s something I ate so let’s fast forward to today 3/5/26 I tried it again and all these same symptoms hit me again! Don’t buy! Take my word for it I’m sure you don’t want to experience what I did!

As someone who suffers from ibs-c I take greens daily for my gut and overall health to supplement my mostly clean diet. Today I received the Kiala Miami Vice Super Greens and couldn't wait to try them. Mixed into cold water and added ice, they taste like a tropical treat! I'm so happy with the consistently, how well the greens mixed into my water and the taste. These super greens are a must have to help relieve bloating and other digestive issues. I cannot wait to try the other flavors, but think this will be my favorite since I favor tropical treats, and that is what it tastes like, a treat!!!

I bought kiala when it was on a sale for $25, which i feel is reasonable. I love the product! But i refuse to pay the regular price of $40. I have a lot of GI issues, including discomfort, bloating, gas, and constipation. After taking this product for a week, it has helped somewhat improve on a lot of these issues. Im having more bowel movements and less bloating. I especially have trouble with bowel movements around my cycle and im now having bowel movements during that time of the month which improves my overall comfort and pain associated with my period. It may have a small energizing effect due to the coffee and tea in it, but its not too much. I can still sleep and i dont get the jitters. The taste is great. The sweetness isnt overly sweet or anything. It also has that earthy green flavor as well. Its a good balance. 5g carbs, 2g protein I would definitely buy this product regularly if it was consistently cheaper. Im not interesting in spending 35-40+ dollars on it.
