I have spent more than I wanted to looking for something for my neck that I could afford. I have finally found it in this product. I hold my tension in my neck and it gets tight and sore. I take this product and secure it around my neck and set the temperature, and feel the tension tightened muscles loosen up. It is fantastic.

The scarf worked well and did feel warm but wasn't hot enough to feel like it was relieving stiff neck pain. Would be great if you wanted it for outside activities.

I've got some painful TMJ that flares in the winter and I can't carry an external battery pack everywhere, so I was looking for some portable options to keep me comfortable as the temperatures drop. This thing is so soft, comfortable, and warm even when it isn't turned on. Turn it on and the output is absolutely perfect. The battery life is acceptable and it recharges extremely quickly. Stop searching, buy this one. I can't recommend it enough.

I love this scarf. It stays warm for 3-4 hours. The heat is only at the neck area, not the whole scarf, which is fine. The high heat is just hot enough but not too hot. I would recommend this to anyone.Someone posted that the charging wire didn’t come with it. I thought so too until I reached deep into the pocket where the battery is and there it was.

It does relieve the neck pain somewhat. It is very soft, comfortable, pliant enough to be placed in any position on or around the neck area. My only complaint, and I cannot fault the seller, is it does not get hot enough for my satisfaction. It does get hot, just not hot enough for me and in the defense of the seller and/or manufacturer, I can understand why due to ridiculous lawsuits over spilled "hot" coffee, hot chicken McNuggets and just absolutely stupidity on the part of money hungry attorneys. Battery pack is great, easy to use. Just wish I could control the temperature output a little more. I'm sure it'll work fine for 90% of purchasers.

I like the fact that this heated neck wrap had one of the highest temperatures, most are at least 10 to 15°cooler, very comfortable and works great for a stiff, sore neck, A+++

When I get cold my neck hurts so bad. My husband found this scarf for me. When it's cold out I don't leave the house without this. I love it.
