Half dead
It arrived a week late then what it was originally going to arrive. When it got to me it was half dead already.

Condition
It's cute but when I received my package I couldn't tell what was the top or bottom so when I opened it there was dirt everywhere and the plant was upside down lucky I was able to price back together but I did lose a few petals

Not as expected
This poor bear claw, when it arrived it was upside down in my mailbox. The packaging doesn’t say anything about it being a live plant or to keep upright. Two claws were already torn off and to be honest I was expecting more than two bear claws in a 2” planter. Pictures attached.

Very sad
No soil at all. It has all leaked out. And I'm pretty sure it's not going to survive if I try to replant it, if I can even find suitable soil for it right now. Extremely disappointed. I would return it, if it didn't cost more to do that than it's worth in this condition.

Bear Paw succulent
My product came on time, little beat up, lost 2 leafs on the trip, but it's not the producer's fault, it wasn't handle with care, so I'm going to reproduce them, but it's just an adorable little plant. Thank You😃
