It is very durable and protects even heavy items. My only problem was it is hard to inflate it. You have to pinch one end of the main air intake channel, hold the other open end tight to the pump and at the same time try to use your "other two" hands to pump it. I have managed to use my foot bicycle pump with it and used a strong paper clip to pinch the end but still found it difficult to do that.

The pump is terrible.But once you get the air columns inflated, it seems to add good protection.

This air cushion machine can work with a variety of air packaging. Some air packaging comes with a small manual pump but for quick inflation this electric air cushion pump is great! It reduces fatigue and you can usually get more pressure from this pump than you would use a manual pump. This is a must-have if you do a lot of shipping, especially for fragile items. Easy to use and good value!

The price was high for the total size of the rolls, I got a better deal with another product.

When inflated it’s loose some inches and become like 4 inch . I should have gotten a longer length

This works well for what we need it for but I wish it was a little more powerful. I don't know if I have the wrong cushions or if something wasn't assembled right but this is not very powerful but it still gets the job done.
