Not just for fishing rods!
I move house fairly regularly, and since each property I move to has differing window sizes, I've accumulated a fair number of curtain tension rods of varying lengths and they're an absolute pain to store when not in use (or to pack away when moving home). The longest ones are just less than 140cm and this bag is a great way of keeping them tidy and makes them much easier to transport when moving again.Easily holds the 14 tension rods l want to store, with space for more if needed. Very happy with this purchase as it's solved a storage problem for me.A good quality product and it's not too expensive. Would also be an excellent way to store things like rolls of wrapping paper or thin rolls of wallpaper too.

Used for beach brolly
Brought this for a beach brolly, width is decent and brolly slips in fine. Good build quality hoping it will last. Delivery took a while so if you dont need it in a rush its good.

Disappointing
Rather disappointed that this is only just big enough to be able to just one fishing rod, even then only just big enough to be able to fit a large eyed spinning rod. Would not recommend this as a purchase.

Fine bag for the price, but no good if you want to leave the reel mounted on rod
Purchased this to put fishing rod in (with reel mounted) but it doesnt fit. The information in the ad says that the bag is 15cm "high", my rod and reel are 14cm high so thought it would fit. However when the bag is open the internal diameter is only around 12cm so its never going to fit.The ad is not incorrect but maybe misleading to some, like it was to me. Shame the diameter is not included.Anyway as others have said it does make a great umbrella holder. We have two cheap beach umbrellas and they both fit in this bag so will not be returning it.

Fishing rod bag
I am just a potential hobby fisher, nothing serious and I only have a single 6ft rod that splits in half for storage, so this bag is perfect for me to store my rod and a couple of rod rests and a landing net handle without things getting lost or dusty. I love the more traditional canvas look rather than more modern materials and that was my primary reason for buying. The case is well made with no loose stitching and the material seems adequately thick enough to offer protection, it has a simple draw string top which I'm ok about. It is probably not waterproof but then I will likely wax it just to make it a bit more traditional looking.

Fantastic fishing rod holding bag lightweight. Easy to use. Doesn't take up room in a cupboard sturdy material. It looks nice

purchasing a second order
Nice to have a case for rods. First order of 2 tan, one had a bad seam but was able to re-stitch it easy enough. Purchased a second order of 4 blue as they are nice to have and are long enough to cover all but my longest surf rods
