Received today, filled with water slightly below the max fill line, added 5-6 drops of essential oil and turned it on. Immediate strong diffusion of mist, quiet and smells wonderful! The constant changing array of colors is mesmerizing, relaxing and creates a beautiful ambiance! Such a functional and wonderful choice to fit in with any decor.1/28/2024 UPDATE: Beware of this company. I began experiencing problems with unit producing little to no steam (mist) and then just spurting water. Followed all of the troubleshooting instructions in Porseme pamphlet several times over the course of a week. Finally, I emailed them at the email address provided on the pamphlet asking them to advise. They did reply and stated that this product has a 12 month warranty and that they would send a replacement as soon as I provided the order number for confirmation. I provided them with my Amazon order number for this unit. Last evening, they then emailed me again thanking me for providing the order number, BUT… then wanting me to provide them with my physical address and a video of the problem and that then they would send a replacement “as soon as we can”. I’m quite puzzled as to why they need my address, as that info should have been available with the Amazon order number from my purchase. Furthermore, their email address is in China (which I discovered when they replied) and since beginning communication with Porseme I have been receiving spam foreign email over the past several days. Several red flags that cause reason for concern and I regret this purchase, despite it being a beautiful unit and it working properly for almost 2 weeks before it stopped working properly. I have blocked their email, due to the above concerns and do not recommend doing business with them.

I bought this after seeing the video reviews showing the pretty colored lights showing through the real glass topper. I enjoyed how it looked, and also how it was large enough and held enough water, to scent a fairly large room with high ceilings. (had to add a bit more essential oil). Bonus - I noticed when it was running in the room and the rogue indoor mosquito (generally in Florida unfortunately it is more common than uncommon for a lone mosquito to move in and become a painful pest) would not recognize me and less or no bites, as a result. So, rather than carry it to the bedroom each night and back again. I liked it so much, and a few months had passed with it working well, so I bought a second glass top Porsome diffuser. During the next month or so, the first unit stopped working, the cord was good, it just stopped. I was a bit upset, and thought it would be out of warranty, or potentially a useless warranty. But after another few weeks or so, I was on the computer (Amazon) and reached out to Porsome. I was also suspicious of adding personal information in reply, but I inquired and they gave me an explanation, they don't/can't get into our account personal information through Amazon. So, I provided the information, and soon after I received a beautiful new replacement. So I did go through the warranty steps, I didn't receive any spam emails, and I found the effort to reply to my questioning email of why they needed my information, which may have been written impatiently, was answered with grace along with what read as a desire to help. So, despite my initial aggravation, and delay, I am very pleased with my products and the company. My son liked them also, so now I am back to one again, there is another visiting lone mosquito, so I may be ordering a third time. The colored lights through the glass top are really captivating, so I will stick with Porseme. ( I wish they could add a rotating feature, to show off the lights more! )

My kitchen has a black and white theme so I was hoping this would be a bit more of a black and white rather than a black and gray however, it’s still very pretty and works well. It was one a few options that is short enough that I can open my cabinet doors over top of it, but it’s still a huge size and can run for a long time. I just use a measuring cup to fill it up and it takes 2 cups of water.

This diffuser is gorgeous and works like a charm! There are 2 levels of output. I have it located in my side entry foyer, so I leave it on the highest level so that it can spread throughout the kitchen and dining. Love it! The decorative top is breakable, but sits atop a plastic top, just fyi.

I feel a little bad about taking a point off on this one. The only issue is the instructions. Putting the diffuser together was a cinch, but what do the buttons on the remote mean? Most of them are obvious, but a few have me baffled.On to the diffuser itself... It's great. It puts out a strong stream of vapor and does a lovely job of spreading scent through a room. It also adds a little humidity to the room. It's not the same as a standard humidifier, but it helps. The room I use it in is medium to small so I can't speak to its ability to spread scent in larger rooms. It is also really beautiful with the light on. I love the way it cycles through colors, but I also like that I can easily pick one color and leave that on. There were other shapes in the same line I liked better, but I knew none of them would last a week in my house. I have a cat and a am a clutz. The squat shape on this one means it is hard to knock over so I hope it will be with me for a long time!Edit: I have had this for almost six weeks now, and it is still going strong. Everything works great...except. I don't know if the auto shut-off work because the water has never gotten low enough, but the unit turns itself on on a regular basis. At first, I thought my cat was stepping on the remote in the night, but I eliminated that possibility (by putting the remote where he could not get it - not by doing anything to my cat). Be forewarned. If you want to make sure the diffuser is off and will stay off, you need to unplug it. I am not reducing any stars because I really only wanted to remove half a star for a confusing remote. I am still very happy with the diffuser but I thought potential buyers might want to know about the random "auto-on" feature.

The diffuser works well. Beautiful glass and large size. Wanted something natural for the home. I also bought organic essential oils so the options are endless for scents. Has different colour ligjt or no light. 2 options for mist mode and it isn’t loud.

Love this diffuser. Looks better in real life (the glass lid gives a v.premium feel and looks great even when turned off). Definitely well worth the money IMO.Functionality is similar to my old muji one it was replacing. Light gives a nice effect and gradually cycles through colours or you can set a solid one. If running in the day, I'll often just leave the light switched off though. There's a 'boost' button for more vapour which fills a room with scent quickly.When I first recieved it was leaking water all out the bottom everytime. I emailed the manufacturer directly (had a card with email in package) and they were super quick to reply on a Sunday and immediately sent a replacement no quibble. Turns out the original was just missing a plastic lid (this goes inside and the glass dome then sits ontop) so maybe just something to keep an eye out for and make sure it's included with yours

This is the best diffuser that I have ever seen/used. I had multiple negative experiences with diffusers that I bought and this one definitely trumps them all. The glass and light just illuminate the whole room and it feels like you're at a spa. The diffuser also lasts a long time and fills up the room. I can't get enough of it and can't stop raving to everyone about it. It's so awesome that I bought another one .

It looks great on a table top and gives a nice fragrance and improved the air quality of the room
