Good product. Easy to use.

I found it somewhat complicated to use even after thoroughly reading the instructions and getting it set up. I don't like that it also wants you to use an accompanying app to get the best results but its more so used for the facial tracking features rather than the stabilization itself. While the product is made out of high quality materials and feels very sturdy and stable especially in tripod mode, I don't think this is something I would use beyond special occasions as the stabilization in my phone is good enough on its own.

Sometimes i like to take a video of a performance i do in my home recording area. While the videos are not that common with my audio recording being the opposite where i record everything; the visual element still strikes an interest. This has led to certain clips that often seem to involve me preforming something where i can play with one hand while i record with my phone with the other. I just did one for the new 37 key sampler that came out from the mpc series and it was comical how i could only use one hand. I totally needed two because one of the features is a touch screen situation where you play with the one hand, then use the screen to modulate the synth. I found myself frustratingly trying to do this with one hand. After that video i knew i needed a device that would allow me to use both of my hands. I now have that as well as optional AI tracking abilities with this new Gimbal bases handheld stabilizer with optional tripod from the Feiyu Tech brand. This one i am using is of the 4Se KIT Gyro 3 axis category. I chose the option that includes the case. I highly recommend this option for just about 25 dollars or more. That small amount of extra cash it necessary for the longevity of this because it has some oddly shaped parts that require a special case to store them property for travel or regular storage.I am happy with the case because it has an inner zip up pocket where i keep the instructions and charging cable as well as the attachment add on of the gesture detector which is small and lightweight. It connects via a c port connection and is simple to attach and remove.This device is also great as a handheld device even though i will mainly be using it in tripod form. Upon ordering i was not aware of the AI function which is not important to me. I am usually against AI technology but with this just being a face tracking technology, i will make a rare acceptation in this case. The app for this i would say is necessary because you can't access the side dial without it.I usually avoid filling up my phone with apps that i do not absolutely need, so if its not a vital app its not in my phone. With this device i recommend the app because its really just an enhanced cameras app. Its not like a thing where there are all of these menus that you can open and control the intricacies of the device. Its simply a camera app that will unlock further features of the stabilizer device. I say stabilizer out of a lack of a better term, but being that one of the features it to move with you, its more like a cameraman substitute minute a steady cam type thing. I like the hand held device control options but i will admit using the app makes the navigation easier. The dial ability is very cool where you can adjust parameters in a more detailed way.I had no problem at all syncing this Bluetooth device with both my phone as well as a tablet.To conclude, i am 100 percent satisfied with this device and recommend it for self based recording or picture taking.

This is a very cool product. It uses the Feiyu ON app. It is very easy to use. I install my phone into the gimbal, start the app, and turn on the gimbal. The gimbal connects to the app immediately, and the gimbal springs to life.I have not done anything special with the gimbal yet, but I have played with it and it works great. It will stabilize in all three axes. One very cool feature is that it has object and face tracking, which means it will automatically adjust the camera direction to stay on an object or person. This means you can set it up on a tripod and move around and always stay in frame. You can use it for self-recording and stay in frame, oo you can select an object for it to track and it will.It also comes with an attachment that has a selfie light and will respond to hand gestures to do things such as start recording, stop recording, track or stop tracking a person, and more.So far, I am finding this to be a very cool device that works well and consistently well. I can’t wait to do some video recording with it.

I'm a first time user with this but wanted a very stable tripod so am giving this a shot. I like that it comes with a case for easy storage. I also like the sleek aesthetic of it too. It is very user friendly, however, I would love to have some updated tutorial videos on how to use it. The instructions were helpful, but i needed more info to fully understand. However, after pushing some buttons and closely looking at the manual I was able to understand the majority of it. I really like the detachable tripod, which is great for hands free usage. It's going to make my summer videos (hobby) more professional looking, and so far it's really fun to use.

The only other gimbal I have and can compare this to is a professional-quality gimbal that I use with my action camera. With it costing almost 3x as much, it probably would not be a fair comparison. However, comparing the two, my action camera gimbal provides video that is noticeably more stable. Also, the follow and pan follow modes are barely satisfactory on this FeiyuTech gimbal. (I used this while snowboarding.) There are two things that make this gimbal hard for me to use. First of all, to get the best performance, the handle needs to be held in the vertical position. In my natural stance, I tend to hold the handle straight out in front of me. I need to keep reminding myself to hold the handle vertically. Also, as I pan, the tilt seems to get slightly out of whack. I can remedy this by turning the knob for the tilt adjustment. However, a gimbal is supposed to maintain the tilt setting during use. Whether this gimbal would be good for you depends on your application. I was hoping to capture action shots while snowboarding. However, due to the aforementioned issues, I determined that this will not work for me. And it just doesn't seem to work well with quick, sudden movements like what happens when I'm snowboarding. However, if you're just walking around while shooting video or even hiking, this gimbal should be fine.

I wish I could give this more stars but the battery felt off, sometimes it would die rather quickly even after a good charge. the presentation is amazing and it feels like a premium product. the only drawback I would say would be the inconsistency in battery.
