Great value but, unfortunately, I found the critical part - that projects above the ground - to be not as long as I had hoped.

When they arrived I actually laughed as they are much bigger and more purple than you expect. But using them is a pleasure and they get round the being plastic and a damage to the environment thing, by being impossible to lose and very durable. I have passed a few on to my playing partners and they are all converts.

These were too big for my grandson so a return was requested.

Good tees, very sturdy and very visible and difficult to lose which is ideal

I have to admit I was rather surprised when I opened these tees! They are much larger than I was expecting! Should read the listing properly, I just bought them because they were purple. They look like they’ll be really easy to use and after a quick Google I can’t see anything to say you aren’t allowed big tees as long as they’re under a certain length. They should also be much easier to find than normal tees if they come out the ground. I’ll update this when I’ve had a chance to get out on the course!

Let's get my biggest gripe out of the way first. These claim to be "100% eco friendly" and "help the environment". These statements need to be removed from the advert - they are plastic, which as just about everyone in the world knows is not eco friendly! My golf club stopped selling plastic tees years ago.In terms of useability, they don't fare well for a few reasons. They are super tall, so will only be useable for drivers. They are also very bulky. I usually carry 2 or 3 tees in my pocket but these are too big for that, and they also fill up bag space rapidly (see the photo for how they compare to other common tees). The cup is also massive, 2 or 3 times the circumference of normal tees. I'm not sure how this is meant to reduce friction, but being so much bigger your club actually makes contact with the tee earlier that it would using a normal tee. And finally, every other plastic tee I've had can be re-used multiple times, I don't see how these are any different.In short, I don't think these have been designed by someone who actually plays golf - they've tried to fix something that's not broken, and are creating more plastic products that are simply not necessary.
