310326 500 Degree Oven Thermostat

I had to get a replacement from Amaon as the first was defective. But the second works great.There are NO instructions on how to calibrate the thermostat, in fact there are no instructions at all.However after calibration it works great.For all those here is the calibration, First remove the middle tab that is on the inside end of the temp control knob..You will need to replace the knob and access a straight slot screw through the hole.Turn on the oven set it to 350, If the temp does not reach 350 after a waiting.Place your screwdriver into the screw in the thermostat ensure it is in the slot, PUSH IN you will feel a spring pushing back, for temp that is low while pushing in the screw and holding the screw still turn the temp simultaneously with your other hand push in control knob and turn a few degrees to the right. Release and return temp setting to 350 wait and adjust further if needed.If you find your oven burner flame is too low then you will see a screw on the end of the thermostat just off to the upper side where the control knob attaches turn right to increase flame, left to lower.

fit perfect got it sooner then ordering from a supplier and worked great

Purchased April 6, finally got a chance to install it today, Aug 6. Valve clicks but no contacts make. What's a waste of time & money!
