I love this machine! Its super smooth and quiet.I do enjoy it better then other brands I've used before, I love that it has an ajustable stroke. It is so pretty in person (looks way better then the photos!) I have smaller hands so I was worried about the size but it's very comfortable and not awkward to hold at all, my husband has huge hands it's also comfortable for him to hold and use also. I love how you can truly do anything with this machine. I would say it's a perfect all around machine. 10/10 would buy another one

This was a gift for my son. He is very pleased with it. This is his second tattoo machine, and he says this is very definitely a step up.

It's all about the tattoo pen. Yes, the kit is a nice extra, but you really are buying a tattoo pen. The rest is irrelevant if the pen is not good.This is a truly outstanding pen.... and I've tried many, many pens. This is a standout. Why? Well, here are some reasons:The pen is brilliantly designed, and built to a high quality standard. The materials used are first rate, and the finish on the pen is excellent. The grip is great, and the balance in your hand is good. It's everything you'd expect (and more) of a pen in this price range, and in a pen selling for 3 and 4 times the price.This pen runs superbly. It's got a range (battery range) of 4.0v-12v, and it's absolutely quiet and silky smooth throughout that entire range. More than that, it has a stroke length of from 2.4mm-4.2mm, which is amazing, and a standout amongst 99% of the competitive tattoo pens out there.The bronze collar that encircles the middle of this pen is the means to adjust the stroke length, and it's calibrated on the ring. Easy to change, and it clicks to stay locked in the chosen stroke length.The integral battery pack is beautifully made, as well, and you receive TWO! They feature an easy to read, digital LED readout on top that is crystal clear and large. Three button operation ("on/off", "+", and "-") make changes to the power setting very simple and fast.The grip is excellent, and you can easily customize it with some grip tape and folded paper towel.Here's a sweet feature: Run out of battery life in the two battery packs? Simply screw the battery pack off, screw on the alternate cap with an RCA jack. Now you can run the rest of the evening (or until the batteries are fully charged) on AC power. You'll need a power supply and foot switch, of course.Also included with this super tattoo pen: A set of twenty quality MAST brand tattoo cartridges, of which ten are liners, and ten are shaders. Also, a double ended marking pen (heliographic?), to freehand designs and layouts, a bottle of black ink, a single pair of black latex exam gloves, a single sheet of synthetic tattoo practice skin, a single sheet of tattoo designs WITH transfers on the back, to make your practice easy.This is just a great set. They even give you a packet of mast decals to put all over your cat.I can say enough about this amazing tattoo pen. It's really superb, and well worth the price. Everything else in the kit is just the icing on the cake.

I ABSOLUTELY love this pen. Although it's pretty big and thick, which makes finding pen covers moderately difficult since it has to be very wide, it is so nice to use. It's super balanced and comfortable. Unfortunately, the color is stinky compared to the beautiful teal, so I wish I could have gotten that color instead. Fortunately, color does not affect function. The pen weight is evenly distributed. I really appreciate that I can adjust the throw/the length of the needle with this pen. That is not something I was able to do with other pens (that were not name brand). Also, because it is so thick, you cannot feel or hear the pen vibrate when it's on AT ALL (when there is no cartridge), and when there is a cartridge in it, the sound and vibration is significantly lighter than other pens. It's very smooth and I think it works great!Regarding the rest of the items in the bundle: it is so nice to have two batteries, particularly because they did come charged! In technicality, the rest of the tattoo starter kit was not that impressive and was not necessarily put together with care or thought (in comparison to the packaging of the pen itself). The additional items were just added into the overall box on top of each other and did not feel like it was supposed to be a cohesive set. However, it is nice to have these resources because it does provide you with everything you need to get started except for stencil transfer solution. Overall, very good and definitely worth it.

This kit is great for beginners and comes with everything you'll need to get started. I love how it feels in my hand. It's not heavy or bulky and it's very balanced which makes it easy to use without fatigue. The vibration is also very minimal and it's not as loud as other pens I've tried. I like that there are so many different stroke lengths to choose from and that they can be easily switched with a spin of the dial. The accessories are great for practice, but I would invest in professional versions if you'll actually be tattooing people.

You're really purchasing an amazing machine here, with lots of little bonuses tossed in.Fits very comfortably in the hand, the switches and controls are all very intuitive and easy to use, and the weight is comfortable. I love that it comes with two batteries, so one can always be charging while you're using the second, for continuous use time.Also included was a set of twenty quality MAST brand tattoo needles (10 each shaders and liners), a bunch of ink caps, a sterile sealed double ended gentian violet marking pen with a paper ruler, a bottle of black ink, one sheet of thermal transfer paper, sheet of premade tattoo designs already on transfer paper, a pair of black exam gloves (hard to tell if they are latex or nitrile, and the ad does not specify, so I will be tossing them since I don't keep anything latex in my kit), a single sheet of tattoo practice skin, a small roll of vet wrap (cohesive bandage dressing), some branded stickers, and a branded silicone bracelet.
