Sanimaid Boston Hygienic Silicone Toilet Brush and Holder - White

This has totally changed my bathroom cleaning! No more manky old toilet brush. It's super long handle means you are nowhere near the toilet bowl to clean and it's unobtrusive when in the holder. Why did I never get one years ago?

To clean the lavatory. What else.

Can’t really review as it’s missing the part needed to attach it to the wall. Plastic wrapping half off, hoping for replacement.

The reason I bought this toilet brush is because of the design. i am pleased that it performs as described, and that's another item ticked of my to-do list.

On the whole this is a huge step forward on the very unhygenic toilet brush.No bristles. GeniusI also really like that the design means it cleans around the rim very easilyI would use this for a deep clean up but on I prefer to use good old rubber gloves and a cloth with bleach.It is because of the holder I just don't like the holder being in the bathroom. And there can be no other place for it.It can be disinfected but I worry about kids "playing" with it or it getting knocked over. In my very small bathroom it is beat to not have any extra items. If you do want to have a toilet brush this is much better that the bristle kind.

This is wonderfully hygienic - it's a question of using a anti vac wipe after use and storing it away in one too within your airing cupboard or similar/ - it certainly does the job and conventional bridle toilet brushes are quite frankly bacteria ridden and to be avoided.

It is a good to use & it comes out clean

This is not a brush in the conventional sense; you use it to wipe the inside surface of the toilet bowl. Which is useful enough, if you have stains that don't sheet with the regular application of bleach. But it is not the sort of brush that is any use in clearing a blockage in the pan.But it also fits nicely under the rim to clean the underside (as shown in the diagram). My toilet has been flushing more slowly, and I have read that sediment or mineralisation buildup blocking the water inflow can be one possible cause. So I thought this might be useful.Well, it is easy enough to get into position, and wipe around there with reasonable force. But, apart from a few threads of mashed toilet paper, nothing came out.Its design is intelligent and genuinely easy to clean. There are no ridges to trap dirt. I would have preferred a longer handle - you do have to put your hand inside the pan to clean around the bottom.The ability to store it in a wall mount is a good idea. It is arranged so that the top of the handle rests against the wall. Supposedly, you remove the backing to the sticky material on the back of the base plate, stick it to the wall, then screw it in place. The holder then slots into this base-plate. However, I could not get it to stick to the wall long enough to screw it in place!The design seems OK. The device does what it says it does - a more hygienic way of wiping the inside of your toilet bowl. But it did not achieve any benefit for me - and you will still need a conventional brush to deal with any problems at the bottom of the pan.I cannot recommend.
