This soy milk is a great source of protein for my vegan diet. It's important to me that I get enough protein in my diet, and this soy milk helps me achieve that.

Made from Isolate instead of Soybeans and incomplete nutritional Information
The product doesn't list complete set of nutritional information. The ingredients list salt but there is no mention of sodium or any other salt in nutritional information.It has soyabean oil and refined coconut oil in it. Refined oil is anyway not good for you plus addition of oil that too non cold pressed makes it poor quality product.Lastly it is made from Soy protein isolates instead of actual soybeans. While isolate may have higher amount of protein but it is also more processed, hence unnatural form of it. Soy milk itself is a processed product why would one use super processed item. If I had to drink isolate I would have rather purchased Isolate powder and mixed it in water and chugged it.

Soya milk tetrapack puffed and milk went bad in 5 days
The tetrapack of Soya milk by this company started puffing and the milk went bad within 5 days of supply on 3Sept2023 . The expiry date was March 2024.A tetrapack of Soya milk of So Good company is still in good condition. We have demanded refund for this product from Amazon.After one day:Amazon help line person initiated refund and we received it. Thank you.
