Decent gazebo
Nice for the price. Easy to assemble with half a brain. Took about 4 hours to assemble. One clip broken for top fabric, awaiting a response from the seller.Update, i did get a response from the seller and they replaced the fabric top! I had to tighten some bolts periodically but all and all it is a decent unit! you have to use your brain if there are storms coming. Tie it down or remove the fabric. I just winterized my camper for the year and brought the fabric home to be washed. This gazebo held up well for the summer season. if i get 3 years out of it, I'll be happy!

Horrendous customer service!
The actual product is very nice for the money. I purchased 2 of these. The first one delivered had crushed metal pieces that the men I hired to erect the gazebo were able to fix well enough to make it work. The rails that come preloaded with plastic hooks for the mesh and curtains were missing several hooks because many of the rails didn’t have the rubber stoppers inserted into the ends of the rails which keep the hooks from falling out. The second gazebo arrived the day gazebo 1 was being erected. A few days later, my guys were back to put up gazebo number 2. They opened the box and immediately saw that the plastic bag of all the hardware wasn’t there! How can you put something together without the nuts, bolts, washers, etc? I immediately contacted Amazon and Amazon contacted MELLCOM. MELLCOM was insisting that I lay out all of the pieces horizontally, take pictures and attach the to the email. I got back with Amazon, explained that I have a medical condition that would prevent me from being able to do that. Amazon contacted MELLCOM and told them my situation. There was NO need for all of that because all I needed for gazebo 2 was the missing bag of hardware! Amazon explained to MELLCOM that I have to hire help and there’s a guaranteed minimum of $100 per man even if they can’t do the job and I was already out $200 for the day the men came to put the gazebo up but there was no hardware. MELLCOM was informed that I would have to pay a helper $100 to lay out all of the pieces just to take pictures that they didn’t need. (The gazebo contents weigh 135 lbs.) MELLCOM was adamant that I send them pictures! WHY? I just needed the bag of hardware!!! It was discovered that I was also missing the 6 U shaped pieces that are vital so those were also requested along with 30 hooks and 10 stoppers. This took WEEKS!!! I can’t begin to tell you how stressful this nightmare was! These gazebos were purchased for a 4th of July event I was having. It’s triple digit weather where I live and I needed shade for my guests. MELLCOM was doing everything possible to be difficult. It got so bad that one day while I was speaking with a very sweet young lady at Amazon and going over how difficult MELLCOM was being over some hardware, I began having severe chest pains and shortness of breath. (The medical conditions I mentioned earlier.) She wanted to call 911 for me! She was very scared. In the end, I had to cancel my event because, after weeks of this back and forth with MELLCOM, paying someone to come lay out the pieces, taking the pictures, sending MELLCOM the requested pictures, giving them the EXACT PART numbers and quantities needed, I got all of the parts over multiple days and multiple packages but they came well after the 4th of July. I had to cancel my event. So, I was out $300 for labor where nothing could be done. I had purchased 4 rechargeable ceiling fans, 6 strands of solar lights that were to be used inside the gazebos as well as strung from the gazebos to the trees. There was food, drinks, games, fireworks and more purchased for what should have been a fun event. All in, I was out about $3,000 and had to cancel my event! Quality control should be making sure the stoppers are inserted so the hooks don’t fall out. The packing department should be sure all the pieces are there before closing and strapping the box for shipping. I requested that MELLCOM reimburse me the $300 the labor I had to pay for even though I got nothing out of it because they sent me a product with missing parts. The declined but said they’d reimburse me $20! Seriously?!🤣 What a shame! If this company would get their departments functioning properly, they could have a thriving business. My recommendation is that you avoid this company, save your sanity and your money!

Decent for the price, top isn’t the best quality
Bought this spring 2021. I live in the Midwest so I take the fabric part off in the fall and put up in the spring again. Two years later now, the fabric is weak and tearing in a couple spots. I’ve messaged the seller and hoping I’m able to buy replacement fabric. If I can’t I would not bother buying this particular canopy set again. Two seasons outside shouldn’t make the fabric that deteriorated IMO. Fingers crossed 🤞

Min of 2people to put up
Instructions aren't the greatest but for the most part ok.Definitely need 2 people and a ladder to put up.Been windy since we put up a couple days ago and seems to be doing fine. I do have the privacy curtains open and the screen curtains closed.I am still debating on adding 2 more stacks on each corner.Poorest rain and hail this morning with blow you down winds and still in same place we put it and the roof didn't tare or trip and no water leaking thru roof. serious storm this morning.....I was a little worried

Very durable and good quality for the price
I have used different Gazebo Canopy in my backyard and this one has been sturdy and weather resistant for past 9 months. Assembly was easy and the key is to fix and secure the base properly as the rest of the frame would do the job if assembled correctly. I have it fixed at the base to the tiles in backyard and so far, it has been functioning as expected with no issue.

It didnt hold up to 1st rainfall. it caved in @top & then top bars bent and cracked. so disappointed
I am so disappointed with the quality especially at this price. I finally bought one that was not a pop up thinking I would get more durability but instead it didn't hold up on the very first rainfall. I was watching the rain and looked over at the gazebo and saw it was caving in on top, then I heard a weird sound and saw two top bars bend and crack and one protruded through the top. I was so afraid of my glass top table and chairs under it. I quickly detached the sand bags from the legs and pulled the gazebo from its location when I saw the top had been ripped by one of the cracked bars that ripped right thru it. I was so afraid at this time that it would take off as a sail so I quickly removed the top large and small canopy. By this time I was soaking wet and just turned it up side down in the corner of the yard so it would not blow away, I am so disgusted. I got to use it only 2 weeks, loved how it made the yard feel and it was great eating dinner under it but that was a quick thrill. So disappointing is to say the least. I would like someone from the company to call me ASAP!!

We love this Gazebo!
The media could not be loaded. My husband and I have been full time Rv'ers since the end of March. We basically just had under the awning of our RV for a covered sitting area and decided to get some kind of a canopy to expand our seating area and have a place to put our picnic table for eating meals out of the sun and weather. We went with this Gazebo. The seller was AWESOME to work with. We put the whole thing up just the two of us and we aren't spring chickens anymore. Not saying it was a piece of cake, it was a little bit of work, but so worth it. The extra outdoor living space is just wondefrful. We are pretty much always sitting out in our gazebo enjoying life. We are in the Cherokee, NC KOA campground and have had so many people compliment our gazebo and inquire on where we got it. Hopefully you'll be getting more sales!
