There she blows
I put this in my Phantek computer case and let me tell you, it makes the air flow nicely throughout the case. Keeps my system cool and it's quieter than you would think. Yes you can hear it, but I game with a headset on so it doesn't bother me. What bothers me is an overheating computer and that I don't have with these fans. 100% adjustable between I believe 1400 and 3000 RPM. Most of the time I just turn it on low and that's enough. The double ball bearing fans are nice and have a longer life span than regular fans.

2 Fan kit used in a Network cabinet.
I ordered the two piece kit to use in my network cabinet. I have them mount with double stick tape to a side vent at the bottom to pull in air. I really appreciate the fan adjustment as these can get loud and move a lot of air when they are on high. I have them set on a low setting where the noise is the same as the other fans in my cabinet and they still move plenty of air. If it gets hot and I need more air I have the dial mounted so I can just reach in and turn them up. I have a temperature sensor in the cabinet so I can monitor it and these show a drop in temperature even at the lower speed. The only issue I had is the 4 outer screws on each end are longer and stick out past the fan by about 1/2". I understand this is to they can be mounted but in my case it got in the way so I replaced them with shorter screws. They also have a cover over the fan on both sides which is a nice addition. They perform as expected so I give them 4 Stars.

Variable speed cabinet fan for keeping your electronics alive. Prewired and plug and play.
The cabinet ventilation fan with variable speed, variable voltage input, and dampers is an excellent product that is perfect for keeping electronics cabinets cool and boosting central air systems. This fan is specifically designed for use in cabinets and can be customized to meet your unique needs. One of the standout features of this fan is its variable speed and variable voltage input. This means that you can adjust the speed and voltage of the fan to suit your needs, allowing for greater control and energy efficiency. The fan also comes with dampers, which allows you to regulate the airflow within the cabinet, ensuring that the temperature is maintained at a consistent level. The installation process of this fan is straightforward, and it can be mounted either horizontally or vertically, depending on your needs. Once installed, it is virtually silent and does not create any vibrations that could potentially damage your electronics.Using this fan to keep your electronics cabinets cool is an excellent way to extend the life of your equipment. Electronic devices generate a lot of heat, and if not properly ventilated, this heat can cause damage or even failure. With this cabinet ventilation fan, you can ensure that your electronics are kept cool and protected, allowing them to operate at optimal performance. In addition to keeping electronics cabinets cool, this fan can also be used to boost central air systems. By installing the fan in a duct, you can increase the airflow and circulation of your central air system, which can help to reduce energy costs and improve overall comfort.Overall, the cabinet ventilation fan with variable speed, variable voltage input, and dampers is an excellent product that is versatile, efficient, and easy to install. Its ability to regulate airflow and temperature makes it an essential addition to any electronics cabinet or central air system. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to protect their electronics or improve their air circulation.

Nice dual fan setup with multiple uses.
This product is two PC fans mounted together in one housing. There is a short female cord attached to the fans which couples with a male adapter for a power converter that goes from 9 volts to 24 volts. The end of the cord is unshielded as it leads into the fan housing. Fortunately, these cords will not have to be moved around a lot for most applications, otherwise this would be a big weak point.Having the power control to increase volts can be helpful but can also be problematic for people who don't know how to properly use it. A simple power cord or even USB charger end would have been much better. So far I have used it for an older laptop that becomes hot quickly, a Nintendo switch, and now it is being used in an indoor mini greenhouse to help with air circulation. This fan does its job properly with perhaps too many extra steps or complications. Once you put it where it's going to go however you shouldn't have anymore problems after that.

Far from silent, not 2 separate fans
The fan is pretty nice for my use case, and I think I’m going to keep using it, but it is not as described.Instead of two 120mm fans and the parts needed to put them together, this device came as a single 240mm device containing 2 fans, with the guards already attached and only 4 mounting screws and nuts. There is no “fixed bracket” for connecting the fans together. At the lowest setting, the fan indeed is much quieter than 50 dB, but it is not silent. It makes a low hum that I can hear over the loudness of my cabinet, when I’m next to it.

Quiet if you don't crank it up
I got this to help cool the equipment cabinet in our entertainment center. It was poorly designed and we had to leave the cabinet door open to allow enough circulation to keep the components at a reasonable temperature. I got this guy to install inside the cabinet to fix that so we don't have to leave the door open all the time. It has actually done that job very well and I'm only using at ~25% speed. At that level it's virtually silent. We cannot hear it outside the cabinet at all. This was an all in one, plug and play solution. The fan is wired and ready to plug into a regular wall outlet and has the speed controller on the cable. The only thing you need to provide is the mounting hardware.

Strong flow.
No photo from me on this one, the photos from the vendor depict it accurately.I use this type of fan as an external cooling device for under my aging, decript macbookpro (2012) which runs excessively hot. This works beautifully. The handcontroller has a nice feel and easy touch. It is a wee bit noisy for me, not something I expected, as my old unit from a different maker was much less noisy.
