This product arrived broken. It would turn on but do nothing else. The instructions were not informative at all and included no trouble shooting instructions.

At $175+ per session, monthly HydraFacials can be unaffordable for some. This little device works on the same principle and does the job PERFECTLY.It’s imperative to read the instructions. It’s also important you know if your skin is sensitive. If it is, you MUST adjust the suction time, nozzle attachment and pressure you apply.What do I mean? For me, the grey rubber nozzle; OILY skin setting, repetitive LIGHT pressure, cleans my pores and leaves no marks (which indicates broken capillaries).I tried the same on my husband’s skin and he looked like an octopus had attacked his face! Big red spots.He was mad at me. I was scared.He healed quickly but I learned the settings for sensitive skin:Normal.Super Light pressure during suction.CONSTANT moving across the skin. No resting on a trouble spot like I do my skin.The grey rubber AND teeniest clear nozzle work best on his sensitive skin.I gently steam our faces first to open the pores , wash, do a clay mask and then spend no more than 5-7 mins cleaning with this device.LOVE the results. Skin is softer, smoother, clearer.All a long way of saying -you won’t regret trying this device. Just start gently.

This product I had to return, because it grabbed my skin so hard, on a low level, that my skin had a red circle for about a week. Like the cupping effect, I guess. Anyway, I will say it will work for some people.

I plugged my machine in to charge, the charge symbol was lit green and I let it charge for a few hours. I then followed the instructions filling the tank and held the power for 3 seconds. Nothing. Then I tried again. Nothing. Held it for 5 seconds and again nothing. I tried to hold the power while it was charging as well just to see and again I got nothing. I can’t even find the seller to email and let them know the machine isn’t working and I’m passed my return date because I unfortunately didn’t assume it was going to be a faulty product and didn’t test it. Super bummed I wasted my money and can’t exchange or return it.

Love this product. Charges fast. Every time I use it I'm still amazed at how much gunk comes out of my pores. My skin is looking so good.

Suction is really good and won’t hurt my skin. I put some oil before it works well with this machine. I love it.

We got this for my tween daughter, after using this product she has bruising on her chin area and both cheeks. I would not purchase this.I also tried using this item and it made me bleed on my nose. We followed the directions and everything.My daughter won’t be using this again and we will be throwing it out since I can’t get my money back. I don’t suggest purchasing. Seems like it does more damage to your skin than help

Product has good suction, but does not do anything to clear up blackheads.
