The media could not be loaded.  The gold finish with a brass tint emanated a timelessly elegant presence that was the ideal compliment to the aesthetics of my art frames. The length of 16 inches was ideal for medium-sized paintings, and the adjustable head made it possible for me to point the light exactly where it was required, resulting in a faultless presentation of the particulars and colors of each piece of artwork. Installation was a snap, and I was ecstatic to discover that the picture light could be connected for an appearance that is more streamlined and unobtrusive. The fact that the product included all of the required mounting hardware as well as detailed instructions made the procedure easy to understand and trouble-free. In addition, the remote that was included was a helpful amenity since it allowed me to manage the light's brightness and program it's timing without having to access the device physically. The fact that this art light can have its brightness adjusted is unquestionably one of the features that set it apart. I am thankful that I am able to change the brightness of the light in my living environment in order to produce a variety of different feelings and atmospheres. This picture light is able to simply adjust itself to meet my requirements, whether I want to focus attention on a specific piece of artwork or impart a soft glow around the space.

Love the lamp nice looking good size however it would have helpful to have had a longer wires to connect to the electric source. I have not had an opportunity to go to the hardware store and purchase the wire to install the lamp. Therefore I don’t know how it turns out

Looks like I received the old model and incomplete, definitely somebody returned it before with missing parts. When I say 'old model' I mean the connection between the light and the support was thru like a audio connection, I'm pretty sure that this idea didn't worked

I bought this paint light because the oil paintings on the living room wall have a greatly reduced viewing effect under ordinary lighting. After installing this paint light, the effect is very good, just like the feeling in a gallery. This lamp has incorporated many new technologies. The function that can be set to automatically turn off the lights is very practical, so you don’t have to worry about turning off the lights. The lamp has a 330° rotation range and can cope with various light needs. This is a beautiful and functional product.

This is a high quality picture light! the fixture is heavy, sturdy, and the brass shines. It was very easy to install with a small amount of electrical ability. It even comes with gloves as to not mess up the finish while doing the final steps. I would highly recommend this fixture.Update: I installed the fixture and have a few notes. These are nothing ground breaking, just a few notes that I would like to pass along.First, for wiring purposes the Blue wire goes to the Neutral (White) and the Brown (looks almost red) goes to the Black (hot/switched) wire.Second, if you are adding a new circuit and use a standard round one gang old work electrical box, you will most likely need to slightly trim off the fours sides in order for the brass cover to complexly conceal the electrical box. The brass cover is about 1/4" too small.Third, I encountered is that I had originally planned to use a wall switch with a dimmer. The fixture did not like this approach. When I electrified the circuit, the fixture blinked several times and then flashed a long flash. I am not sure why this happened however when I removed the dimmer the fixture worked normally.

I ordered this picture light to place over built in shelves. It is well made and attractive. It enhances the look of the book shelf - very bright and easy to install. Good for medium-sized framed paintings/photographs.

I really like this picture light. We bought it to replace a little accent light we had in a little art niche in our foyer. My husband was able to get it all set up in about 20 minutes so it was pretty simple and straight forward. It's nice that we can control the brightness using the remote since our light switch isn't a dimmable switch so its been nice to still be able to benefit from the feature. I love that this light is a beautiful brass color, but not overly yellow. It's a bit more mat gold than shiny. It really elevated the look of the picture we have hanging there. The light is very ambient too. Great purchase and I would love to buy more for other artwork we have around the house.

I loved that it was really easy to set up! I did it myself with no help and it’s gorgeous in our foyer, just enough light to cast a beautiful reflection off our portrait.
