Good Parents Read This
I ordered blue colour cycle for my child with Rs 2499.In store, it is 3300. Please read my struggles in step by step.1. Once I received this product from Amazon, I really got shocked like we have to assemble 75 percentage with equipments. It is one major drawback. We can assemble it in 2 hours minimum. But if we give this to cycle mechanic, they do better than us with greese oil to get more gripness with charges Rs. 250-500.2. If we go to shops, we can see the cycle quality, height compensation, colour varieties, child selection happiness etc. It will be more comfortable for costly things like Cycle..etc.3. I ordered blue one. But they sent pedals with violet colours, one of side stand wheel with violet colour, many scratches like scrub things, damageable sticker parts, carrier bend. Please find the photos for proofs. Zoom and clearly see these issues.4. For our kid, we try to give best. Bcz we are spending more than 2000 for them. My issues are non adjustable. On delivery date, I informed to my child like u get ur cycle today. Jz bcz I don't want to disappoint him, I assembled it with Rs.250. our child like these kind of stuffs when we buy offline.5. Nothing personal. Just service

Packing not done properly, the seat is damaged and wheel is wobbling when installed lot of issues so I have requested for a return

Better finish expected
Expected a product with better finish. Quality needs improvement. Assembly could not be completed at home due to improper tools provided. However, got it done from a nearby cycle shop. Performance is good. Overall rating 3/5
