Hello, I am not sure about replacement cushions, but I can tell you that I may be returning my tower. That's because there is no access to the top level except from the ground. That is one heck of a jump up and down. So if you buy this unit make sure your cat has access to some kind of a step up to the 3rd level. thx julie
