Easy to fit
This element was easy to fit. The hardest part was taking the back off the cooker. Remember to turn off the electricity (and gas) before you start. The 'newness' burned off in just a few minutes after fitting.

Disappointed
The holes for screwing to the cooker are not the correct size. The screws that I removed from the old one just would not fit. Surely that is a simple thing to get right ?

The fitting hole does not match the screw
The part is working ok, but the fitting hole is awful as it is smaller than the screw. Finally I have to find a bolt and a smaller size screw to hold it. The warm up speed is quite slow. It takes 12mins from room temperature to highest setting.
