Good trigger point release tool. I use it mainly for neck and shoulder tightness.Very firm for stubborn knots and good size to pinpoint specific areas. The base is wide and has grip so they do not move while in use. Great product!

I bought these after using them at my training sessions for months. Totally worth it! The flat bottom makes them so much easier to position, especially along my back, and I can do the movements I need to get a better release without them slipping off the knot/trigger point.I find them more intense to use than many of the other trigger point tools I have, I think because they are taller and so they get a bit deeper into my back or hips. I would not recommend them to someone who isn’t used to a more painful stretching/release experience.
