Good chair with good features
Everything worked as described with plenty of adjustable parts. Straight-forward to assemble, although a bit fiddly with the hex key tool that came with it. I used my own screwdriver with a hex bit, which made it easier. It took a bit of time to figure out all the lever and knob settings and what each did. The instructions aren't perfectly clear, but read it a few times and play with the chair at the same time, and you should be able to figure it out eventually. The back rest is just high enough for me to rest my head as well but I'm not very tall at around 5'6". It may not be high enough to rest your head if you're much taller, but depends if you need this. It does tilt and rock backwards with tension control, but my only small grudge is that the tilting backwards is still a bit too strong even when the tension is turned to the lowest. The seat and back padding are fairly thick and comfortable. Hope they do last a long time.

I've had 4 major surgeries on my lower back...
They messed up with my operation and now 30 years later i have osteoarthiritis which affects all my joints....I've been through many chairs, and it is tricky to find the right one, it stresses me out no end trying to find the right seating for the right price online, and i think i've hit it lucky this time, the seating is sturdy, soft and comfy, the adjustability is great, putting it together took all of 15 mins, i've never seen such a simple method, i thought half the screws were missing, turns out you hardly need any, they were all there, it virtually put itself together.Oon some chairs the arm rests don't travel inward enough, the minimum setting on many chairs is too wide for me, and flayed elbows when working with keybaord and mouse cause rotator cuff swelling, the minimum setting on this chair is perfect holding my arms right at the sides where they should be.A great quality chair for the price range, i've seen very very similar selling for nearly £100 more, so this one makes me happy because of the price, it's a great deal, you won't be disappointed i'm sure.

Sturdy and comfortable
Only downside is the fabric is a bit rough

This is a proper chair. No gimmicks.
Having looked everywhere for something that seems decent under 200quid. This seemed like a "safe" choice to me. With all these fancy looking ergo Chinese brand chairs floating about it seems really easy to pay over the odds. Especially with lockdown and working from home increaseing demand.Delivered two days early I was very surprised that it took be about 30 mins to put together as I was expecting it to take much longer. Also the mechanism that goes on the bottom of the seat is clearly very well made as it's very heavy. This is a real office chair. Designed to be sat in all day long. It's mega adjustable, with the seat moving separately from the back rest. It all locks nicely in place and feels solid as a rock.It looks the part and I must say it's much, much more comfortable than my old crappy racing style "gamer" chair. So far so good.My only issue with it so far is that it smells a bit (due to the flame retardant I'm guessing?) But hopefully that will soon fade. All together I'm very pleased.Game on.

solid 3 for a sturdy chair, but watch the back rest
A sturdy all round chair with a heavy base so it feels like it can seat the oversized individual. The back rest raises up easily, but doesn't secure very well and slides down so minus a star for that. Large bolts and plenty of adjustment levers to get the seat almost rite where you want it so plus two stars for that. For 200 pound you would expect a slightly more comfortable cushion or at least a higher back, also the wheals are priced around forty pound and i found some heavy duty clip in wheal on amazon for a ten pound (they work great) can even get ones for 5.99 , so its going to loose a star for sure. Finally its very easy to assemble, although heavy but id prefer that and you can see the welds so you know its a durable chair. all in all a solid 3 out of 5. i don't think i would buy it again though but wouldn't return it.If you are hell bent on buying this chair i would ask to not have the wheels (-35) or assembly(-25) included, with a normal delivery(0). and you can save yourself about 40 pound. but i have no reason to after using this chair to see why it won't resell very well as it feels quite tough

would definitely buy again
I have had this office chair for 7 months now it is so sturdy no clicks creeks or knocking. I really like that I can adjust this chair in multiple ways I suffer from my back sometimes so adjusting it to suit my day is handy. the back and seat pad are still like new still no sag in padding I use this chair 6 hrs a day 5-6 days a week, I only have one tiny issue with this chair and that is the fabric that covers it, it's rough which in turn makes it tough but anything fluffy or furry sticks to it like mad. to bypass this issue I bought an armchair throw which isn't a bad thing as the chair its self is more protected. my son loves to spin himself in my chair I don't recommend this but the chair is so well weighted it doesn't tilt at all.22 months later and having spent 6 to 8hrs in the chair most days, it is still like new, I failed to mention before but when I'm by my pc I do like to sit with crossed legs and it is very easy to do on this chair with it wide seat pad and adjustable armrests. To say I recommend this chair is an understatement, definitely better than a gaming chair and money well spent.
