My wife was recently promoted at work, and I wanted to buy her something special to commemorate the occasion. We write and sign a lot in our line of work, so pens are a necessity, and both of us have a slight obsession with them. We usually buy cheaper pens, and I don't think either of us have owned a proper pen like this. My wife also loves putting her name on her pens, mostly so they can't be appropriated by someone else at work. So, what better gift than a pen with her name engraved on it?She was over the moon. I don't think I've ever seen her so happy about a purchase before. I actually bought another pen for her, a Parker IM, which she loved, but this pen she *loved.* It came out absolutely perfect. Her name is the perfect font and the perfect size, engraved exactly where she likes putting her labels. She loves rose gold, and it matches her wedding band & engagement ring. Not only that, but the pen itself is amazing. It's easily the best ballpoint either of us have ever used. It writes like a dream, it's extremely sturdy, has an immensely satisfying click, and it's just overall a gorgeous pen.I love that she loves it, and boy oh boy does she love it. The pen could have been $1000 and it would have been worth every penny just for the joy I got to see in her eyes. I'll never forget how happy she was in that moment, and I can't thank them enough for giving that to us.So yea, buy it please!

I ordered these pens as holiday gifts for my colleagues. The laser engraving was perfect. I was pleasantly surprised to see that each pen came with a blue and black ink cartridge. I bought one for myself and it looks great, feels great, and writes great. Highly recommend!

I was at first skeptical of the engraved color. The picture used for example was a cheesy white on the metallic pen. To bold in the example image. I was then very surprised at the clean and mild coloring of engraving on the black Parker jotter that I chose. It was subtle and elegant! Great job!

I love the quality of the personalization and how quickly CustomDesign.Shop was able to get it done and on its way to me. It looks fantastic and is better than another pen I recently had personalized elsewhere. The reason why I deducted one star from my rating is because CustomDesign.Shop did not offer an option to have the pen personalized in a left-handed orientation, and as a lefty, I very much would have wanted that. I'd certainly recommend them highly to any right-handed people looking for a personalized pen though.

Engraving was done perfectly

This pen is beautiful and was engraved exactly like I ordered it. However, I ordered black ink and received blue ink instead. This typically might not be a big deal but I ordered 2 pens from this seller - a silver and a rose gold - to be used at my daughter’s wedding to sign the guest book. I know I can buy ink refills to correct this, but it is disappointing to spend this much on a pen and not get the correct item.

Disappointed as the engraved name is barely visable on black matte pen.
