Fine for the price
Quality of the stick isn't great, obviously not a super high quality board, and because it's faking as a DualShock4 controller, it keeps trying to switch audio to a driver for a speaker that doesn't exist, so that audio device needs to be disabled in your control panel or it'll constantly try to reconnect and be effectively unusable. All that being said: totally acceptable as an entry-level pad, and the "split it in half" gimmick works flawlessly. I've been using it every day for over a week on the Steam Deck and it's great for 2D platformer/Metroidvanias, and even some isometric roguelikes like Hades (the aim assist does a lot of work correcting for the digital stick's 8-way, which lacks precision). I can't speak to how well it performs in an actual fighting game, I really only bought it after a wrist injury as a cheap starter arcade stick to see if building my own was something I'd want to pursue, which I now know, yes, I do want to make a custom one.

Not Switch compatible, keeps freezing up
If you're thinking of buying this to use with your Region 1 U.S.) Switch, then don't because it's not going to work. The method to use it is very simple, it just doesn't to it and every video review for this product I've seen has been in either Spanish or French. On everything else I tried it on (PS4/5 and PC) it has not issues connecting, but I kept encountering some sort of data transmission error where my controls would freeze and I would have to unplug and replug the USB back in every 2 minutes or so, so I still couldn't recommending purchasing this item.
