It is very easy to use and more comfortable than I thought it would be. I anticipated that this would be one of those articles that I should use but not look forward to. Instead I find it relaxing to lay on the floor with this in place under my neck, listening to music for 10 minutes a day. I find it actually relaxing and it seems as though my shoulder & neck pain is improving. A small thing to do that seems to be benefitting me.

This worked great for giving my neck muscles a stretch. I even got some upper back poops after use. I’d totally recommend to help relieve muscle tension.
