This is a decent little tablet with specs that are pretty good for the price - much better than the Fire Tabs. Once you take it out of the case, it looks and works just like any other stock Android tablet. Remove the kids home app and replace the background wallpaper and that's it. It doesn't have much in the way of storage (only 32GB) but you can use SD cards. But it does have 3GB of memory so it's pretty snappy. It runs on basically a stock version of Android 11 without too much bloat and most of that can be removed or disables. It won't get any updates but I use it for bedside, so it's got Weatherbug widget running, a brown noise app for sleeping, and Play books if I decide to read. And hey, it's only $30! If it lasts two years, I'll be happy.

Product comes in a protective case - however, very easy for child to take it off. Does handle drops and bumps well, and has a great warranty for replacement. Son is almost 7 years old and is unhappy with the applications that are offered on the device. Wish there were games like color by number or strategy games that could be downloaded in the kid profile to entertain him more.

I think it is okay based on the features it has including child protect and the option for parents to set what they want for the child. You are able to set activities for your child, set bedtime and how long they can spend on an activity. The picture resolution is not for this generation at all. It is more for a baby and not for a child who had other tablets before who are used to a good resolution.There was no issues downloading apps and setting up the tablet. It is user friendly but takes a few moments to figure it out.I would recommend for a 3-4 years old who is getting their first device.

Tablet was great at first but battery runs really quick. Constant charging. But now it’s met it’s match with my child stepping on it and damaging the screen so now unable to use it.

This tablet is very nice for the price a bit slow but it is bearable. So many different learning applications already installed. I would definitely recommend for ages 1-5

This tablet was great for the first 30 days...My son broke the stand on the case 2 weeks in. No big deal. Kids break stuff. I ordered another case and went on with life. 4 weeks in it started freezing up. There's not a lot of storage for this so I knew I needed to get an SD card if we download anything other than Disney plus and Baby TV, so we didn't add anything else. It was on my to do list to get a card. But it was still working, just slow to start programs.Today, the tablet crashed. It will not restart, it will not go into any recover mode. It just says "no command". I tried to contact the seller thru Amazon and after 2 chats with associates and 20 minutes of 'nails on a chalkboard' frustration, I was able to contact the manufacturer with the help of Aaman at Amazon. It has a 1 year warranty. So I'll update when I hear from the seller...Update: The manufacturer came through. I was contacted quickly after speaking to someone at Amazon. They asked for a description of what happened and a picture of the screen. That's all I had to do. The manufacturer has easily agreed to make it right. I'm very happy with the ease of the process.Thank you so much.

Unfortunately, the durability did not cover the screen which still got broken because the screen I purchased was too narrow and extended a little farther than the tablet.
