Pretty nice
Bought 2 and installed em both and it took all of about 15 mins to do it, they are really bright and I couldn’t be happier, they put out good solid light and are very thin and sleek in design, if you want a great kitchen or bathroom or even bedroom light then look no further this light is worth every penny, I do recommend this for sure.

Easy installation, no switch or chain, no ground wire, runs hot
Very easy to install and very low profile in my attic with a low ceiling. Note that in spite of what the AI FAQ says, there is NO on/off switch or pull chain, so this needs to be mounted downstream of a switch; I'm going to have to throw the breaker every time to turn this off until I can buy a replacement that has a switch on it. In terms of safety, two concerns. One, there's no ground wire--only a hot and a neutral. And two, the fixture gets very hot on the ceiling/wall side, so use caution when thinking about where you install it. Very bright and unobtrusive, but meets only some of the needs for my situation, and the FAQ about the switch misled me, so I'll need to return it.

EZ to install, nice natural light
I had a small ceiling fan, the light conked out. A hack that may help: a ceiling fan has a hook so you can hang the (heavy) motor while you wire. You can use a little length of 12-2 or 14-2 wire to hang the light to the fitting while you attach the wiring with the provided nuts. Then just turn the light like a smoke alarm.Nice, bright light, lights up a standard sized BR.
