Teamgee15.6 inch Touchscreen Monitor with Keyboard

I used out of the box with Raspi 4b with touchscreen capability. The menu and in-monitor touch keyboard is tricky to trigger and was hard to find the instructions for this.I wish it had some mounting holes in the screen, but it does have holes in the base (pop out the rubber pieces)I think this is raspi's fault, but about once a week, the screen will go black.To fix: run this command: xrandr --output HDMI-1 --mode 1920x1080

Connection does not appear to be secure. The monitor turns off and on frequently with slightest cable movement. Sometimes, monitor does not want to connect regardless of how many times cord is adjusted. At times there is audio but no picture when connected. Any help in securing an exchange as this product may be defective would be greatly appreciated

L'image est de mauvaise qualité, et les réglages (luminosité + 3 "chaleurs") ne permettent pas de compenser. Le son est trop faible. Le pire est que la fonction tactile disparait au bout de quelques minutes et l'on doit rebrancher l'appareil. Testé avec une Samsung Tab S7 et un Samsung S23 Ultra.

I've been working on a 14 inch laptop for a few years and because I have to write a lot of text and also keep an eye on the performance of some servers I work with, it was hard for me to do both at the same time on such a small screen, so I bought this external monitor, which helps me a lot with my work.Before I bought it, I checked to see what cables it came with because my laptop doesn't have usb type c because it is an older model. I like this monitor because it comes with another adapter that had all kinds of ports so I could connect it in a few seconds. The fact that I can easily change the position of this monitor is very helpful. I can show my work to my coworkers without having to physically lift and rotate it. Because of the stand it has, it is be able to rotate 360 degrees, and the cable that connects it to my laptop is long enough that I can use it for presentations if I want to.Besides all of that, I can type on this monitor because it is touch screen and to use the keyboard, I just have to press the button at the top in order to be activated. For example when the monitor isn't close to the laptop, I can add notes to projects without having to use the laptop's keyboard, which is very helpful for me and saves me quite a lot of time.I can even use this monitor flat on the table if I prefer or I can remove the stand at the back and place it in the other holder and keep the monitor in portrait mode. The colors of this monitor are nice and crisp, it has a good viewing angle and the touch screen is responsive in every corner and besides all these it has two speakers located at the bottom which deliver a good sound quality, personally I am using these instead of my laptop`s speaker because the quality of the sound from this monitor is better.For the work that I do this monitor helps me a lot and I like it practicality and also the fact that he is touchscreen and I am using it daily and so far it works just fine.
