Q: Our wedge measures about 10 1/4 inches as opposed to 12 inches, anyone else noticed that?

I had to go measure mine. Mine is 11" x 26" x 22".

Q: Aired out for 2 day, but still has chemical smell. Does this eventually go away?

We purchased ours May 26, 2023 for the shoulder surger and now there is no chemical smell.

Q: Where is this pillow made?

I looked on the packaging and the box it came in still a little preplexed as to where it was made. I don't read Chinese or Japenese so I'm assuming by the writing it was made in one of these two countries but don't take my word for it ask and if your not statisfied ask the company.
