Poor Quality
When we received the awning and opened the box, we noticed the roller/carrying bag was ripped. When we filled the weight bags with sand and picked one of them up, the handle came right off. Very disappointed in the quality. I need an awning for my weekly vendor events and don't have time to return this and order something else. See attached pictures.

Not sewn correctly
I don't like that, I wrote the company they never replied. The center re inforced panel is off center.

Smaller than advertised!
This item arrived bent. It did still function. However, it measured 9’6” square. Very disappointed in the false advertising
