Before I had 0 to 1 bars of service, could barely send text or make calls. After install I have 2 to 3 bars, can send texts, make calls and stream Pandora no issues. Highly recommend.

I had hope that the product would be of help. I only had one bar in my house and two bars on the roof. After mounting the antenna as high as possible and pointing it at the closest tower I had one bar inside the house. I can’t see that it really made any difference at all. I’m disappointed.

I live in a rural area and did a lot of research on how to boost my signal. This booster came with everything I needed and was pretty straightforward on how to install. If you aren't getting a strong signal, make sure you have the antenna pointed in the right direction. We have two different towers in our area and I had it pointed at one that I thought was correct, since it was closer. It didn't help my signal at all, until I pointed it to the other tower. Now I have full bars. You can actually do an internet search to see which tower you need to be pointing at with your service, but I was not aware of that until I started researching cell phone boosters.

Device installed as per instructions, I got 2 more bars on the phone but still experiencing issues due bad signal.Didn't quite solved my problem, have to be really close to the device to have an improvement.

We are somewhat rural with a range of one to three bars, depending on position and conditions. Currently using T-Mobile, though the carrier really doesn't matter.There are really two things you should do before ordering a signal booster. First, there is a mapping website that will show all of the cell towers in your area. Use the map to determine the location and direction of the nearest tower(s). Take note of what bands the tower is using as that can determine which model of booster you need,. You may also find that certain towers are obscured by geographic features (terrain mostly, but heavily forested areas can block signal too). Make sure the unit you purchase supports the bands of the tower you will use.Second, download a signal app. Stand in the area you will be mounting the antenna and see if there is any change in signal by either changing direction or location. You will want to point the antenna more or less toward the tower. That may require you to get on the roof.If roof-mounting, obviously you will need to waterproof any holes you make for the antenna or cable.Try to find a location for the indoor boosters that meet the guidelines - 20' from outside antenna to indoor antenna and 10' from indoor antenna to booster. The booster itself should be as close to where you will mostly use the phones.Far more effort to figure out install than the benefit - signal is only marginally better unless right on top of the box. Might be better in a different environment with line-of-sight to a tower.

Regardless of the phone carrier, the service in our neighborhood is very poor. To say the least, I'm skeptical that cell phone boosters can really provide us with the often dropped calls. Once my husband had the antenna and booster installed, I was immediately blown away by the great service I received. I highly recommend this unit. It has been up and running for a week without a single dropped call. I am very happy!
