I usually double up on the recommended dosage for herbal laxatives because even though I rarely use laxatives at all, they have very little or slow effect on me personally. When a serving size is 2 capsules, that usually means take 4-6. With these, when I took 6, it was way too much too quickly and I ended up in the bathroom with cold sweats, dry heaving while defecating due to the nausea. So use that information as you will....The potency of stimulant laxative herbs in this (senna and cascara) are both pretty good/strong compared to other brands that are sometimes more filler and fiber than anything else. The other active ingredients aren't in a potency that will bolster gut health much but they're standard herbal laxatives ingredients. In other words, the flaxseed, psyllium, and lactobacillus are only a fraction of what you actually need for benefits so they're in there just for show, as is the MCT powder. The aloe vera and licorice, meh, could be more concentrated.The capsule is bovine and these have three inert fillers: rice powder, magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide. This could definitely have done without any of those and just stick with psyllium and flax powder as "filler" and flowing agents.Definitely don't take these for more than maybe three days in a row or they will stop working quite quickly.

This is a decent product. I respect the seller a lot for mentioning explicitly that they use bovine gelatin, meaning animal-based, ie. not vegan. I'm not on a vegan diet myself, but I respect that people are, and applaud the seller for disclosing that. So, that's enough to recommend the seller's other products to me to try.

I took 2 pills at 10pm, started having gas around midnight and by 2am was in pain and went to the bathroom. Went a total of 3 times by morning. Definitely cleans things out (liquid smelly poo).

Horrible reactions to this product are a real possibility. I took 2 capsules as instructed before bedtime with a full glass of water and an extra glass of water just to be safe. Woke up 6 hours later dripping in sweat, feeling nauseous with abdominal cramps. Colon detox products should add bulk to the stool and not cause vomiting. Buyer beware.

Gentle 15 day’s detox. 2 capsules before bed with lots of water . Gut feels cleansed after couple days . So far works as described.
