I like the dials. Our previous air fryer's motherboard died. Before that, the buttons became harder and harder to push and have it register. We like that the dials give you more options than preprogrammed ones. We also like that we don't have to worry about the buttons not working because there aren't any. So far it is working great. I like the width which gives me more options for using my own pans or trays.

My wife and I have both been "gaga" over this oven! The Air Fry setting is awesome! We use that setting to cook just about anything that will fit in the air fry basket. By far the best toaster oven we have ever owned.....and we have owned many over the years!

Very Roomy, We have made many diff meals , breakfast, Lunches, ect and I was very Impressed to actually find it is the same quality, Look and size as my moms Samsung but almost 1/2 the price. The entire oven is the exact same Look of the Samsung, I now am wondering if this company is owned by Samsung? It works Great, I learned to cook with my moms All the countless Items . I do believe bc it’s j just the same Oven, Except A Lot were sold to Samsung & then a Huge lot to this Brand. I Am Very Satisfied since I have no learning to do since it’s exactly as my mom’s Samsung Oven. Just that mine is a Name that’s not very well known. But compare next to Eachother and u would never notice. It’s an exact replica 👍🏻 for almost $50 cheaper . I’ll give it a 5.However we still Love to use our Air fryer in our New LG over when we’re cooking for Family holiday meals

I bought this item in Sept. and it was working great. I live in a studio apt so it was my only means of cooking. I noticed it was not turning on right away till I readjusted the heating dial. Now is not heating up at all. I reached out to Aumate support but still have not received a response. I believe it such be under warranty. I am really disappointed in the customer service.

A few different brands sell different colors and styles of this air fryer. It’s fantastic and when our first one wore out (used often for 1.5 yr) I was excited to rebuy it in stainless. It’s perfect and quick and the toast setting is incredible for garlic bread.

I've had this for a few weeks and I've cooked several things using the toast, bake, and air fry function. On bake it consistently burns the food, which I noticed other people have commented on. It seems to torch the food on the outside but it doesn't consistently cook it on the inside. If I wrap the food in tin foil it doesn't burn but then it doesn't cook thoroughly on the inside.... Really wanted to love this so I'm trying to work out the kinks but it does tend to run very hot.

I love the versatility of this oven and as a techie I really appreciate how simple it is to select the exact options you want for cooking. It doesn't have an unnecessarily complicated touch screen with a bunch of useless options. The air fry feature works great. I love the convection oven option. Everything is evenly cooked and crisped to perfection. I love the simplicity of the timer dial. Super simple to see how much time is left and easily add more if necessary. They nailed it with this one.
